Stayed here with my mum and sisters for a little get together. Great location, nice clean new space, good atmosphere, nice staff. Special shout out to Olivia, who made us delicious salted caramel espresso martini cocktails and who was generally very helpful and friendly.

Couldn't fault everything else, it was very good. The drink at check in was a really nice touch to be fair.

Breakfast was ok, would have preferred a full Irish breakfast but the bacon and scrambled eggs were ok along with the cold meats and cheeses.

The welcome corktail, was easy to make a reservation and the staff was great.

Had problems with the door to my room had to down to reception like 3 times which was so inconvenient but the staff was quick to sort it out first us judos to them.

The location in the Victoria Section of Cork was great with lots of fun pubs all within 1 or 2 blocks. The lobby an d bar area is very nice and gives you lots to do. The staff were very friendly and helpful

A few serious design issues with the hotel room. First, it's very inconvenient to have multiple stairs in between getting off the elevator and your room. If you have heavy luggage, you have to carry it up and down a few steps. the bigger issue was the lighting in the bathroom. It only went on by a motion sensor. So in the middle of the night if you had to use the bathroom, you have to slide open a large door and the bright lights then shine on the whole room disturbing anyone else who's sleeping. And then if you're showering the light turns off on it's own leaving you in the dark

The hotel has only been open a couple of weeks and we were most impressed with the friendly and professional staff who went out of their way to iron out any minor issues.

Lovely, modern, clean and in a fantastic location. Comfy bed.

Rooms are quite compact, breakfast selection is very limited and completely self-service.

A lovely welcome, great staff, fresh and quirky interiors and furnishings, a well-stocked and a tasty continental breakfast. Fantastic location, too, with the city centre 400m across the bridge.

I probably should have researched it better, but there was no proper desk space to work from and the room was very small. From what I could tell at breakfast, many other guests were there for work reasons too and a few I spoke to said the same thing. Also, it is the first hotel I've stayed in for a long time that didn't have tea/coffee in the room. Price-wise, it is about the same as other hotels in Cork that offer better in-room experiences and amenities. I decided to stay here as it was new.

Very quiet. Loved and used lobby area to sit with family multiple days. Liked traditional Irish music live performance one night. We don't have a dog, but enjoyed seeing other people's in the lobby. Very cozy. Location of hotel perfect for access to train, bus and for walking to city center.Desk and bar staff friendly.lLiked that window could open slightly.in room.

Room tight and small, limited space for luggage. No coffee refrigerator or microwave in room. I would suggest at least placing a microwave on lobby for guest use.. Shower water temperature and pressure good but temperature changed slightly.

Great location, short walk 2 minute across the bridge and you are in the heart of Cork. We drove and there was a 24hour Q park right next to the hotel. I'd recommend if driving put the destination of the Q park in your Sat Nav as the entrance is on the opposite side of the hotel (exit in front of hotel) to save you having to drive back around. Hotel was very trendy decor. Rooms compact, but had everything needed. Ideal for a short stay only. Breakfast buffet exceeded expectations by including a limited hot food option of scrambled egg, beans and bacon. It was great value for money at 9 Euro per person. Discovered the hotel is dog friendly in all areas of the hotel, rooms and main bar/reception. Will definitely consider coming back with our dog.

Small thing, the mattress could have been a bit more comfortable - but as we were there for one night it was sufficient Not ideal for a longer stay - no wardrobe facilities - a couple of hangers on a wire rack. Again, ideal for a one night stay but if you were there longer it would be an issue.

Brilliant location, good vibes, really cool stuff like board games and PC area

The pillows are very bad, they're the puffy ones that wrap around your face when you lie on them and end up being just an inch thick when the weight of your head is on them. The lighting in the rooms is brutal, especially for doing eye makeup. The decor looks class until you realize it's not very practical. The bed looks into the bathroom instead of being positioned in front of the TV. The breakfast lacks sausage but has rashers, it's not breakfast unless there's sausage. Some of the meat and cheeses were on a shelf that sent like it was 6ft high so I couldnt reach them. Also the fire alarm went off on my last night and I couldn't get back to sleep after
