Hotel Location - excellent & close to bus/train stations The Irish staff that I engaged with were delightful I got a room upgrade - excellent Foyer was beautiful with fresh flower arrangements Close proximity to some cool bars & restaurants

Check-in was rather uninspiring Room decor was rather boring / “beige” As a solo traveler- maybe an incentive to use bar ?

Good location. Nice breakfast. Spacious comfortable rooms. Nice facilities in the room, ie, safe coffee machine, etc.

Parking is a bit chaotic. This hotel claims they have “parking” but when you read further it’s in a nearby car park and costs extra. We were lucky to get a spot on the day we arrived and the car park was busy. There’s a strong possibility that a guest could arrive and there’s no parking space. The hotel should comp the parking. Claiming that they have “parking” then being told that it’s off-site and at an extra charge is a bit cheeky. Restaurant is expensive.

We had two rooms. One was nice and bright with a view of the front of hotel and street.

Our second room was dark and small. It had zero view of anything as it was in what seemed like an alleyway and literally looked out onto a wall. There was no light coming into the room as the window also had a film placed on it. We spent our time in the nicer room and only used the second room for sleeping since it was dark and depressing. Was definitely not the “city view” I paid for. There was NO view at all nor any light coming into the room.

Good location with variety of restaurants, shops, pubs, grocery stores, cinema all nearby. Hotel is beautiful, respectfully decorated. Food was lovely. Breakfast restaurant has lovely view over river and the selection for breakfast is vast.

Being a city the driving is a bit hectic a lot of the time. If possible I would avoid bringing the car unless you are used to city driving. But parking in the recommended car park did work out good value and literally five minutes walk from our car to hotel.

Breakfast was very nice, the service was excellent, bar is lovely, great atmosphere and staff are great, hotel very plush, reception staff very good, rooms very comfortable

Didn't have a safe in the room which is a concern for me, I like to lock away my valuable when not in the room especially my passport. No onsite parking but the car park is only a short walk away

Very nice breakfast with good options, facing the river. Clean, nice building, and a very beautiful lobby. The staff were helpful and the location was central. Nice spacious bathroom with a bathtub.

Considering the price, the room was not the best. It faced a wall, and no natural light. Quite depressing. Did not have a fridge and also the room was small.

Hotel with a historical flair. Excellent location in walking distance to the train station as well as the city centre. Our room was a bit hidden away from the elevators but we had a nice view on the river in exchange.

High prices, perhaps due to the Easter period. A bit of face lifting of the floor (replacement of the run-down carpet?) would be beneficial.

The staff were very courteous and friendly. . The room was lovely and clean with a very comfortable bed and TV. The location is ideal for shopping in the city. Reception looked after our luggage until the room was ready so that we could go out and about .

The food in the restaurant could have been better and it would have been nice to have some information in the room for WiFi and sightseeing.

Great location and car park was easily accessible. We went to the Fawlty Towers experience which was a great night out. There should have been more tables in the pre dining area though, we had to put our drinks on the floor.

Breakfast was adequate but would expect premium sausages and white pudding as well as black
