Very easy to find and ample parking, exceptionally friendly receptionists and fast check in and check out. The room was clean and very large, and we appreciated the wide range of TV channels available! Our room overlooked an inner courtyard so generally was very quiet. Superb location for visiting the Midleton Distillery and the main street of Midleton which has a large selection of cafes, bars and restaurants, plus some nice little shops. Lots of leaflets in reception for local activities and places to visit, a great resource for visitors unfamiliar with the area. A special mention for Dave the young barman who displayed great people and bar skills and who - note to management here - deserves a trip to the Midleton Distillery to enhance his product knowledge as he is keen to know more!
A fridge in the room would have been convenient, as would a safe. These two items should be standard nowadays at a hotel of this rating. Occasional loud noise from children running around in the corridors or the room above. The room was quite warm, we were just about ok with the one small fan provided but would have been more comfortable with air conditioning or just a second or a larger fan. The double bed is quite small, my husband fell out while turning over and hit his head on the bedside shelf. We went to the restaurant one evening but found it loud and echoey so had a drink instead then went elsewhere to eat. Despite these niggles we would absolutely stay here again for the friendly staff and the convenience.

Clean, spacious room. Room was great. Short walk to the shops and restaurants. Would return
Sent way too many and duplicate emails prior to our stay, (nearly ), I presume there was a glitch Woken up in the middle of the night, due to loud people in the corridors!

Nice clean spacious room and bathroom with plenty of nice soap shampoo ect. The tea tray was well stocked. Food in the bar was very nice and the staff attentive and friendly. Husband used the pool and steam room and they were lovely.
Breakfast was a bit of a let down. I think we may have come in between sittings as very little was left. 9am. They did refill fried eggs while we were there however we couldn't eat them. They were a strange hybrid between a fried egg and a blue boiled egg!! I can't figure out how you could do that. Pillows quiet flat.

I loved everything about this place. You are walking distance from Midleton Distillery so if you plan to visit there this is an amazing place to stay. Breakfast was so good! The rooms are very spacious, immaculately clean and super comfortable. The staff was warm and fun. You even have access to the full gym next door. If your travels take you to the Midleton area I don't think you can find a better place to stay.
I can't think of a thing... I guess if I was really pressed to find some kind of fault maybe I'd say parking was a bit small

Beautifully presented hotel, fantastic staff, especially Kim in the dining room, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is definitely worth it, served until 10.30 every day, cold buffet, cereals, hot options, self serve hot buffet with many options, dietary requirements very well catered for. I am coeliac and there was many options cooked to order. Bedrooms were huge, nicely decorated and super comfy. .
Could do with a lighter duvet option but I am sure it would have been provided on request. Our room was by the lift so a tad noisy at times but ok

Room was really spacious with a nice double sink bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely ambiance to the hotel and bar facilities and options for food was excellent. Staff were helpful, pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, huge choice from yoghurt s and fruit, cereal and great selection for cooked breakfast. Hotel very clean and well kept. Nice outside seating area as well. I'd stay here again.
Mirror in my room was cracked but it didn't affect my experience. Carpet in room was a tad tired but overall it was great value for money and a lovely hotel!

Hotel excellent in every way. Staff are fantastic and really care about the residents. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Food is first class we had breakfast and ate dinner in the bar a few nights where service and food were perfect. We travelled as a mixed age family group and all of us loved our stay and will book again. Pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi just lovely.
would have liked a fridge in room but if you ask you will get one

Bedroom size was excellent . Breakfast was excellent
Very poor shower facilities for the cost of our room and not adequate draw space for the length of our stay the patio doors did not lock obviously a security issue , I must add that the lighting is very poor very dark especially for my wife who has impaired vision on the whole the experience was good as we have been visiting here several times but I do think you need to address theses concerns

Really enjoyed our stay. The beds were super comfy, lots of hot water, super friendly staff. We got a lovely upgrade as we were staying for our anniversary and got a card and some treats left in the room. Didn’t get a chance to use the leisure centre but I’m sure it’s lovely.
Only downside was lack of vegetarian options for breakfast. Staff kept saying they had gluten free sausages but obviously not the same thing. Would be nice to see even one option for breakfast since they have some for dinner.

The bedroom had a fan . The beds were big and comfortable. The reception area, restaurant and bar were lovely. Good food for dinner and breakfast
The lockers in the pool didn’t lock. The pool area could do with a refurbishment. There was an issue with our tv where it stopped working saying we were not checked in. We left the room to go to a wedding and upon our return after midnight could not get into our room. So Had to go down to reception to get cards rekeyed
