Friendly staff, comfy beds, good blackout curtains.. I can’t remember the room type we stayed in, it wasn’t the most basic they offered but it was still a good price with a single and a double bed. It was very comfy and even had a bath. The property was quiet and felt like it was in the middle of the countryside though actually not far from cork. The staff were lovely and gave us great travel tips

The breakfast was the only thing that wasn’t great. Very basic cereal, toast and fruit but the fruit was old. The restaurant food was quite expensive for what it was too, I’d eat elsewhere if possible

The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was a continental breakfast provided. Staff were all lovely and friendly and very accommodating

The meal in the restaurant- meat was very tough and fatty and the potatoes dry and felt like they were reheated. The price did not reflect the quality. It was a shame as I ate out the rest of the stay.

Everything was spotlessly clean and well-run; Staff were all extremely helpful, friendly and obliging; The atmosphere was warm but there was plenty of privacy; It was very quiet, in spacious grounds with lots of beautiful trees. A restful and very pleasant place to stay , Thank you

Fern Hill Lodge is located in a very quiet area outside the town of Carrigaline. It is very clean and comfortable, with a great atmosphere. The continental breakfast is excellent. Overall, I had a great stay.

Nice location. Staff all friendly and helpful. Room spacious and comfortable and well furnished. It was very good value for money.

There wasn't anything I actively disliked, my only minor gripe was that there was a ventilator in the wall between the windows that could not be closed or covered which made the room a bit chilly on a cold and windy night.

I was greated after hours. The hotel staff and breakfast in the morning were included in the price. I enjoyed my quick stay. A quaint hotel with beautiful flowers. 😍

Very nice location, easy to get to anywhere if you’re driving, works perfect for going to haulbowline. The staff were absolutely lovely and so friendly too

Everything clean and comfortable. The girl at the reception in the evening of July 30th was very kind. Room big enough and bed comfortable. Breakfast simple but satisfying. Recommended!
