It was exceptionally good. I didn't think it would be this good. I was with my friends and we stayed for 1 night. The location was very accurate and easy to find. As we had arrived, the owner Nicholas welcomed us and helped us out with the room, and let me tell you, he was such a humble and helping guy. The room was very clean and tidy, so were the toilets and kitchen. They had a nice sitting area outside and very comfortable couches to sit on and chill out. Alongside the sitting area, there were some fun games to play for kids and for adults as well. All in all, our stay at the hostel was very successful. I would highly recommend if anyone planning to go with groups, family, friends or alone to stay there. Cherry, on the top, it was worth the money as the charges were very low as compared to other accommodations.

Even though we arrived late, the check-in process was easy as the key was left on the desk for us. We had the chance to meet the owner the next day—he was very friendly and shared lots of helpful information about the local area, which made exploring much easier.

Unfortunately, we were disturbed a few times during the night by people running in the hallway and someone mistakenly knocking on our door. While it wasn’t the hostel’s fault, it did affect our sleep.

Very clean hostel, spacious room for 3 people. Good big kitchen dinng room. Very clean showers and bathrooms. Friendly host, with lots of local knowledge. Nice mix of families, and some elderly people staying there. Good facilities for teens too in the games room.

It was a few km from the sea, overall not a big problem if you have a car. It was in a peaceful rural location - good to get away from it all.

Very clean and comfy room c/w washbasin & twin power outlets at each end of room. Spotless shared shower room and toilets. Ample hot water. Well equipped kitchen area. Clean, comfortable lounge area. Secure parking for motorcycle.

Judging this property as budget accommodation I rate it as 5 Star in that capacity. So, nothing really to fault my overnight experience.

It was simple, clean and good value for money. We stayed in a private room with two bunk beds. The room had a chest of drawers to store belongings and a small vanity area with mirror and sink. The room was clean and well ventilated with an opening window looking out to a green courtyard. There was a kitchen that you could make tea, coffee, cook and clean dishes. The toilets and shower area were basic but that's all you need. The host was a delight so friendly and knowledgeable. Great little outdoor area, pool and games room, comes with ample parking.

Little far from the greenway although it is in the name, recommended to use the Eircode Finder or Google maps to find accommodation. Note it's around the back of the property on the main road.

Famtastic hostel woth comfortable double rooms. The host was great, giving us good advice about the locality. Beds comfortable and bedrooms had really good heating. Outdoor space was good, with tables and seating. A pool table (free) was an added bonus. The shower was warm and spacious. Plenty if hot water here and in the kitchen. I would stay here again.

There was a well equipped kitchen, but cutlery was in short supply. An easy fix. There were maybe 12 people there around dunner time, but not enough forks. The location is 1.5 miles from the village of Bunmahon and a little too remote for walking there and back. A designated driver will need tobe on hand if you fancy going to the pub in the village.

Just the cutest little place! We were the only people in the whole place, but even if it were packed, we would still have had more privacy than we did at the other hostels on our trip. It's a bit of a drive from Waterford, and the road is SUPER narroe, but absolutely worth it!

The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the greenway. The staff were very friendly, and for the price we paid, the room was quite nice — great value overall. Nearby there are beautiful places to visit.

The mattress was a bit soft, but everything else is fine

It’s as advertised. Very basic accomodation but the person working there was lovely and everything worked as needed. The room was clean and the accom was well located. Very happy.

It’s very basic in terms of facilities, but, again, that’s what it sets out to do.

Great host who is very knowledgeable about local history and geography. Set in a quite location near to waterford greenway and the beach at bunmahon. This is a great part of Waterford and a good base from which to explore the local area.
