A beautiful and comfortable hotel in a good location. Fantastic spread for breakfast. Easy walking distance to the skilift and also a frequent courtesy shuttle bus.

There were only two things that spoilt our stay a little bit. The first was the totally unnecessary music the hotel broadcasts inside and outside making it impossible to relax on the balcony or outside in the spa, and just listen to the nature and stillness of the mountains. The second irritation was the need to book the spa in advance as space was limited. As guests we felt we had paid for the facilities and should be able to access them at all times without having to think ahead when we might want to use them. Part of the attraction of the hotel for a skiing holiday was the Spa. During our visit it was not a issue because hotel was not full but at weeekends and peak holiday times it could be a problem.

Excellent Hotel with exception staff in all areas, friendly and helpful. Spa very nice bonus with an outside wood fired jacuzzi. The room was a very nice size and felt classy as did the bathroom. The hotel is a slightly out of town but they run a private shuttle to and from the slopes. Also organised our ski hire which matched the cheapest we could find elsewhere from 'Only Ski next to the slopes where we also hired ski lockers there which makes things easier. Saying that the hotel does have good ski storage on site. The snow was amazing which which always makes a holiday!! We will be back

The only slight improvement would an extra minibus at the end of the ski day, as had to wait for 2 buses to get back one day. The silver lining to his was, we discovered a footpath that runs down the side of the hotel so it was only a 5 - 10 min walk. Only other small point, the wife would have liked a bath but the spa more than made up for that. These are very very minor points of a fabulous stay.

shower was not hot on the first night( not great in a 5star hotel) and the rules to ‘relax’ in the spa were a bit too ridged for such a calibre of hotel.I understand fully the idea behind the 1 hr rule, at busy times , and it was half term. However this could have been relaxed a little. unfortunately felt a little ‘un relaxing’. not a problem, as such but made it feel less special considering this was a huge treat for us and had been a gift.

Room was lovely. Food is fantastic.

The spa is very restrictive-you have to book in advance and there isn’t enough capacity for the hotel guests. The woman in charge of the spa was very unpleasant. Children aren’t allowed in the evening which makes it very difficult to use the spa if you ski all day.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we haven't encountered such kind people in a long time. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with wonderful new towels. They even changed our robes after visiting the spa, which is something we've never experienced, even in highly-rated hotels. The dinners and breakfasts at the hotel restaurant were delicious. The olive oil from Palermo was a true delight, and the coffee was excellent. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel because it is truly outstanding.

Nice hotel with a beautiful Spa, sauna and swimming pool. Very nice and qualitative breakfast buffet. Nice views on the mountains. Several nice restaurants around the hotel if you wish to have dinner outside. Nice small fitness room, usefull when you want to train.

The personnel is tense in general, except for the team at the Spa. We would have loved a more relaxed and friendly overall atmosphere.

My one and only comment is as beautiful and lovely as the wellness centre was, 3/5 days the outdoor hot tub did not meet the required temperature. After a long day skiing we were always keen for the hot tub and alas would arrive to have a dip and it was 31 degrees. Very disappointing.

mess with the ski room, someone took our lockers, and we were told to take an unoccupied one, but the next day it was also occupied. We just had boots so we could bring them to the room, but if we also had had skis, it would have been a real nuisance.

Beautiful location, facilities, nice rooms.

We had been there a few years ago and then everything was outstanding. This time the diner very disappointing, but still expensive. Staff was friendly, but inept. Several things did not work (parking gate, light in bedroom). All in all not bad, but after the outstanding earlier experience, this time it was a disappointment. Last time it was certain we would come back, this time we won’t.

The hotel is comfortable and beautiful. It has big rooms and bathrooms. The facilities are very nice. We liked the free mini bar, fruits and nuts in the room. The spa is good too. The personnel at the reception and cleaning ladies are very friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay.

The service during breakfast the first morning when we were in the hotel was not good. We had to wait for our drinks for a long time. Personnel looked stressed. The second morning it was better. It’s possible to order warm dishes during breakfast (like omelette) but personnel doesn’t tell you about this.
