The location is absolutely fantastic, directly facing the Aiguille du Midi, with complete facilities and everything you could possibly need. Although check-in is only available from 4 PM, you can simply leave your luggage at the front desk and they will deliver it to your room before check-in time. The Aiguille du Midi cable car is right next door — when it’s time to go up the mountain, you just step outside. The hotel provides various coffees, water, and drinks for children at the front desk. The staff give a detailed introduction of each area and the room facilities upon check-in. It’s very quiet. The room is extremely spacious with a well-thought-out layout. The parking lot is very secure — when we forgot to close the car window, they even called to inform us.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Aiguille du Midi lift. The staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous. The spa is lovely, offering a variety of rooms including an ice room, hammam, and sauna. Our apartment was located just outside the main hotel, which provided a great sense of privacy. The beds were exceptionally comfortable!

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was that the jacuzzi in front of our apartment could have been cleaner.

Well what a beautiful apartment right near the centre of Chamonix. The staff were really friendly and we were taken to our apartment and shown round. There was an added bonus of two bottles of wine waiting for us as a gift! The spa was an added bonus which we thoroughly enjoyed too. I would definitely recommend staying here and would come again.

Quite warm and there is no air conditioning which may be an issue in the height of summer but we were ok in May.

The location was right beside the cable car lift up the Alps. As we were using that lift, the location was perfect. We didn't have breakfast there. Everything was spotlessly clean. It was well equipped with delph and cutlery and all kitchen equipment. There were coolers in the rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable.

The kitchen chairs and table need to be replaced as they're showing signs of wear and tear. The ceilings were quite low - my tall sons had slight discomfort with them.

Super friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good location in Chamonix to get about on foot. Quiet. Well-equipped apartment and plenty of room.

The in-room entertainment is slow and based on an outdated Windows version. Not all of the tv channels worked - it is very oriented towards French stations, obviously. But not all your guests understand French and the English language stations were often not available.

Spacious as we had an apartment. It was comfortable and had a washer/dryer was great. The staff were very helpful and we had full access to the hotel and its facilities.

All good - nothing to complain about except the jacuzzi/hot tub in the spa wasn’t hot, just warm.

The little touches.. free juice, coffee machine, sweets, arcade game. The SPA was amazing... AND it's right on the doorstep of the mont blanc cable car. Room was immaculate, with a stunning view of MB. Far exceeded my expectations.

The apartment was so well stocked and the net was the best addition to a family room! The location is very central and staff were so welcoming. Access to facilities in the hotel made the stay, the spa and children play area were fantastic. We will be back!

The appartement is well situated and nicely furnished. We could use all the hotel services - including the lovely SPA - and even got offered a bottle of wine in the apartment. We could also leave our car in the garage even after checking out. Staff at reception were very friendly and efficient. Although we didn't come with children we noticed the great play area at the reception space.

A luxury stop with jacuzzi and sauna. Functional kitchen and comfortable beds. Nice large apartment for 4.

No housekeeping in the apartments 🙁. Noisy because we were close to the hotel restaurant when they were closing and construction work nearby (not their fault but unfortunate).
