The location was right beside the cable car lift up the Alps. As we were using that lift, the location was perfect. We didn't have breakfast there. Everything was spotlessly clean. It was well equipped with delph and cutlery and all kitchen equipment. There were coolers in the rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable.

The kitchen chairs and table need to be replaced as they're showing signs of wear and tear. The ceilings were quite low - my tall sons had slight discomfort with them.

Super friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good location in Chamonix to get about on foot. Quiet. Well-equipped apartment and plenty of room.

The in-room entertainment is slow and based on an outdated Windows version. Not all of the tv channels worked - it is very oriented towards French stations, obviously. But not all your guests understand French and the English language stations were often not available.

Spacious as we had an apartment. It was comfortable and had a washer/dryer was great. The staff were very helpful and we had full access to the hotel and its facilities.

All good - nothing to complain about except the jacuzzi/hot tub in the spa wasn’t hot, just warm.

The appartement is well situated and nicely furnished. We could use all the hotel services - including the lovely SPA - and even got offered a bottle of wine in the apartment. We could also leave our car in the garage even after checking out. Staff at reception were very friendly and efficient. Although we didn't come with children we noticed the great play area at the reception space.

The location, the staff, the facilities. could grab a cafe from foyer or fresh water whenever needed. check in was smooth. staff so helpful and speak multiple languages.

The “private” apartments are accessible by everyone including the public. Security for the apartments is minimal and initial front door lock was broken so anyone could get into the ski storage area and laundry.

A luxury stop with jacuzzi and sauna. Functional kitchen and comfortable beds. Nice large apartment for 4.

No housekeeping in the apartments 🙁. Noisy because we were close to the hotel restaurant when they were closing and construction work nearby (not their fault but unfortunate).

The location, welcome drink, the restaurants, sauna and hot tub in the apartment. The bed and pillows were very comfy.

We had to share one washing machine and domestic dryer in the basement with 3 other household and kept me up almost all night. I wished I didn’t even find the machine in the first place.

Overall, my stay was very positive, and I would rate my experience as 5 out of 5. One aspect that stood out was the compensation provided for the issues I experienced. The hotel team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, which I greatly appreciated.

Excellent location, appartments linked to main hotel with superb facilities. Very kid friendly.

Hot tub didn't have a temperature control and was too hot for summer/May. Although sign said set to 37 max we think it was nearer 40 judging by experience elsewhere and was too hot to pleasantly relax in. The sofa (which was a sofabed if you had more people) in the sitting room was very uncomfy and the cushions wouldn't stay on to the point we watched TV downstairs in bed instead. In the grand scheme of things these were small issues and we would definitely recommend and return, superb stay overall.

There is no better location to stay in Chamonix but this place! It has a jacuzzi on the veranda with a view of the magnificient mont blanc and a sauna inside the huge bathroom. A free access to the spa at the hotel is also included. There's really nothing more to ask 👍👍👍
