Very new and clean. Breakfast was at the other hotel but was a good selection. Staff were great!

Rooms weren't finished with sockets hanging out of the ceiling, screws sticking out. Sensor for the light by the door to the bathroom meant the light came on everytime you get up for the toilet in the night and wakes up the other person.

Very comfortable hotel with super-friendly staff who take care of indiividual requests and needs. Everything is pristine, as the hotel is very new. Comfort is high, the rooms tasteful and quiet. Breakfast is still served in a neighboring hotel, which worked fine for us. a The location is downtown, close to many restaurants and bars.

Wow, from the outset we were made to feel welcome and the interior is breathtaking. Rudenc on reception is so warm and helpful, we were offered water to cool us down and some local treats. He told us all about the area and handed us the keys to our room. The room was stunning, with great views over the city. The location is spot on and the walk up to Berat Castle from the hotel is a must! Our room was spotlessly clean and the mini bar was restocked every day. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The restaurant in the hotel is not up and running yet, as the hotel is brand new, so we had to pop over the road for breakfast. Breakfast was beautiful however we would have liked the option for room service during our stay

The staff were friendly and helpful with regards parking, breakfast and suggestions of places to eat that evening. The room was unbelievable, brand new, really big with a balcony. Easy walk to all attractions. We drove to the castle as it was extremely hot in July but you could easily walk in cooler months of the year (25 minutes). Only stayed one night in Berat but would happily have stayed longer. Lovely variety in buffet style breakfast.

Just small note that there is still some building going on outside the hotel so not much of a view currently but didn't matter as room is soundproof and everything else exceeded our expectations.

Berat is the first place I stayed, since I arrived in albania. The hotel was excellent, clean, and brand new. the view from my room was breathtaking, the breakfast is located at the back of the hotel Plaza berat, it's called hotel gega the sister company, it takes 1 minute by walk, this is only for temporary as their breakfast lounge is still under construction and will be ready by next year. I would like to thanks all the staff at this hotel they were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, namely Roza, Katerina, Rudi, they were always smiling, friendly and ready to help. And to all the housekeeping thank you for making up my room very well, I loved the convenient location close to major attractions, restaurant and bar. I will definitely come back here again!

Nothing at all

I had high expectations after reading the reviews, but I was still impressed. Lovely and well-equipped hotel in a great location and beautiful old building but very modern in all its rooms and facilities. The room was very well-equipped, spotlessly clean and spacious, and the staff were fantastic. So friendly and helpful and happy to assist with everything - a really warm welcome! I would definitely go back and would recommend it to others. Also very reasonably priced for such a high-end place.

The room where the breakfast is offered is not great and quite dark, although it had a few pavement tables and the selection of food was good. I think this is temporary anyway.

Location is great, only a short walk away from the old center. The staff was amazing, and we can highly recommend the lokum! Breakfast was being served by their sister hotel across the street, which was exceptional. The rooms are nice and quiet.

At time of stay, the hotel was only open for a few months. So not everything was finished. For example, a bar is planned on the roof, which was not yet accessible. The parking area behind the hotel did not yet have a gate. To prevent non guests from parking, the staff would move their cars in such a way you could not enter or leave the parking without talking to the hotel staff. These are just minor inconveniences, and despite this, we had a great stay.

Pushimet tona ne Berat u bene dhe me te bukura tek Hotel Plaza. Kerkesa ime per dhome me pamje u plotesua nga stafi dhe ishte vertet nje pamje shume e bukur ne nje dhome te bollshme. Rregulli dhe pastertia nuk mungonin. Stafi ishte shume i sjellshem qe nga djali qe na priti kur berem check in, zonjat e pastrimit, zoteria tek mengjesi por dhe vajza qe berem check out ishin shume pozitiv dhe te sjellshem. Mengjesi ishte i bollshem kishte shume mundsi zgjedhjeje dhe ishin shume te shishme. Patjeter qe nese do te vizitoj serisht Beratin do te qendroj serisht tek Hotel Plaza pasi mbeta shume e kenaqur.

Everything was excellent! The room & the bathroom were super clean, with new and modern furniture. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, welcoming, and always available when needed. Rudi and Ergis were especially supportive and wonderful. They went above and beyond by contacting us as soon as we arrived at the airport, arranging a driver to pick us up at a great price. They also made multiple calls to check on us and ensure everything was fine. Additionally, they arranged a driver for us to travel to Tirana, again at a good price. Whenever we needed something, they did their best to assist us. Their hospitality and care truly made our stay exceptional .. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is brand new and the rooms are large and well appointed. The staff were unfailingly friendly and we loved the little touches such as a local delicacy as a welcome gift. Would definitely recommend.

The breakfasts were not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel, with a lot of hot food left out to go cold. However, this is because their own breakfast room is not yet ready, so you have to go across the road to a sister hotel for breakfast. We are sure that the breakfasts will be as good as the rest of the hotel when their own breakfast area is finished.
