Beautiful room with ocean views. The staff were all so friendly and happy which was lovely! Tangatours and quad bikes were amazing.

The breakfast buffet was expensive but the food was horrible, completely inedible. Was better to just get a coffee and toastie from the little cafe. Fire and stone restaurant was pricey but the food was phenomenal. Beach BBQ restaurant had awesome dinners at good price too.

Friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds, clean, basic appointed accommodation with easy 75min transfer to island but you feel like you are miles from home.

We stayed in a King Deluxe Room for 2 ppl, room has no crockery, cutlery ie plates, knife, fork or spoons for eating, toaster, chopping board or knife, these small inclusions would have made our stay a little more comfortable...maybe the resort could consider these inclusions for future guests or byo Dolphin feeding is crowded so get there early. Order, eat & drink early for breakfast, lunch & dinner as restaurants & bar run out of menu items.

the island is divine! breathtakingly beautiful. old facilities but very well cared for. island staff sweeping, cleaning, restoring pool & footpaths, toilets, gardens everyday etc. sunsets over the mainland and ocean is absolutely incredible!

the 3 restaurants on offer are expensive and food quality is very poor. I feel either price should reflect quality or do a makeover of the dining/ menus/ food quality. as you can only purchase in these restaurants so you know you’re going to buy an incredibly average/ shocking meal every time.

Staff were so helpful and friendly, such a beautiful location, rooms were clean and comfortable, lots of activities to do. We loved the snorkelling tour and quad bikes. Our children had not snorkelled before and were nervous but the staff were fantastic (in particular Will and Charlotte) and really put them at ease and they loved it.

Night entertainment started at 8pm which was too late for our children. The evening food could have been better and more choices and whilst the activities were great, when you added a few in the cost adds up quite quickly.

We bought our own supplies so had breakfast in our room each day. We then enjoyed the beach and water activities and a tour of the Island. We then have cheese, crackers, dips and fruit on the balcony each evening with a glass of wine. The only day we did use the restaurant it was disappointing. Chips soggy, fish and prawns kept warm under a warmer. Not freshly made. Wasn't even slightly warm. Very disappointing. Not a lot of variety to choose from when you are vegetarian. The Asian Fusion restaurant was closed when we were there.

No shade on the beach. A great idea would be to erect small shelters that you could hire, would be a great money spinner, especially for day trippers.

We liked the location of the island, Dinner at Beach Barbecue and Beach Cafe, Lovely sandy and easy excess to beach all around, Dolphin feeding, the pools, Nice apartment with balcony

If cruise liners would not stop at the island, the water would not be disturbed and then could've had a great snorkelling experience. The problem is that one of the main attraction is snorkelling and diving. We could not even see 50 cm ahead in the water because the sand needs to be settled and that takes 1-2 days. By the time this happened probably another cruise liners will arrive.

Staff were very friendly and were most knowledgeable. Location of our accomodation was at E9 which was good as that meant walking short distances to areas of activities and eatery's. Good exercise. All the sporting activities were held professionally and briefing done as expected. We took part in the ATV Quad Bike, Snorkelling, Catamaran, Stand up Kayak, Helicopter ride and parasailing. The swim pool was great as well. Can't be bored here.

The only thing I can think of is that the steps leading up to our unit was wet and sandy and may be of slip and fall hazard. There were thoughtful black mats placed there and it was appreciated.

Most things except the weather but that was a one off day-not the usual. But still plenty to do. The staff were always friendly, helpful and efficient. The location is indeed beautiful. The Asian Restaurant food delish!

The food in the Beach Cafe could have been a bit more appetizing-for example the fish and chips had too many chips and would have benefitted from adding a salad. The Caesar salad (on another day) needed more dressing and an extra egg, and the plate of vegetables had too much cauliflower and needed further cooking. Awkward getting change for the pool table- prefer not to use ATM's. Perhaps tokens would be easier that could be purchased on credit card.

We loved the location, everything so conveniently situated within a short walk. It was so relaxing and even though a cruise arrived on the Friday the vibe on the island was incredible, probably our favourite day because of all the extra activities put on. Also the beds were sooo unbelievably comfortable, shower was beautiful lovely and spacious and nice HOT water! View from A17 was like a dream we cannot wait to come back! Rob the guide who did the desert tour with us was hilarious and so entertaining 😆 Also we did Quads bike twice because it was so much fun!! Food was yummo, we ordered kids meals every night as the portions were so generous.

The westerly wind 😭 Which we know couldn't be helped but mother nature has a lot to answer for. 4 days of strong winds and swell meant no dolphin feeding along the beach.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming and everything is so well organised from the time you arrive to board the flyer until the time you depart the island to go home. Easy check in. The resorts communication leading up to start your stay was excellent and very informative. Luggage is dropped to your accommodation door and picked up from your door on departure day. Amenities are so clean and updated. Caters for everyone from singles, families, couples older people and people with disabilities. So many activities and tours to choose from. The list goes on. Best place I have stayed in Australia.
