Property was easy to find. We arrived early and were able to check-in and get into our room. Room was small, basic and but very clean. We asked for twin beds. Also included was a TV, small refrigerator and kettle. Area was quiet, then again we were there beginning of May (off-season). We left the car parked and were able to walk everywhere around town.

During our short visit to Zakopane, we stayed for one night. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety and everything was fresh. The staff were attentive and helpful.

The beds were very narrow. I almost fell out a few times while turning over at night. Our room was on the first floor facing the park, and the noise from people passing by on the street was quite loud.

We stayed for 3 nights. Breakfest was delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. View from window was a big plus. Location perfect if you have a car - peaceful, without tourist crowds.

Room was not cleaned every day. Usually that would not be a problem ,but we traveled as family of 4 . I had to ask them to take out rubbish , more toilet paper and we dryed towels on balcony ( didnt help ,it was raining:D )

The staff was really kind. The breakfast had a wide variety, and the restaurant was really good too. There are bus stops close to the hotel. The room was nice and clean.

The mattress was a bit overused (there were "holes" where people are sleeping), and as there was a kid in the room above us, we could clearly hear where he/she was running in the room :)

Everything was new and clean! The mattresses were comfortable and it was nice to sit on the balcony after a long day. Good value for money.

They have limited parking spaces and the hotel is located on the edge of a busy road. The room does not have air conditioning so we had to stay with the window open. There was a lot of noise due to heavy traffic. Breakfast was ok, but in two consecutive days it was the same.

Well located for bars and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was great with a large section on offer. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Staff were helpful allowing us to leave our luggage on our last day by reception and calling a taxi when we went to visit the therme spa.

A secure room for cases and bags to be kept safely. We left ours under a table in front of reception, not ideal !!!

Good location, close to the mountains, the bus stop and the main tourist street. A wonderful resturant. The room is clean, modern and of good quality. Helpful staff, giving tips on how to get to your destination.

The air conditioner didn't really work, even on a low setting the air didn't cool down. Quite a loud environment, lots of street noise coming through the windows.

Room was really nice, cozy. Staff was really friendly, helpful and responded really quickly! We had room with really nice balcony for morning coffee. Great location, not too far from city center, about 20 minutes walk to the main street

in bathroom wasn’t any ventilation, everything else was perfect

Its a great location, the restaurant and breakfast food that we had was delicious, especially when for included breakfast we could order hot food as-well! The staff was great and gave us all the information that we needed. The coziness of this hotel is 10/10.

Great hotel, good location. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and tidy room. Our room had windows facing the road but it was quiet.

There were no hot dishes for breakfast, but I did not reduce the rating for this, because the breakfast was very tasty
