As always having all in one location is perfect. You have parking, aquapark, beach chairs and umbrella (without fees), bars and a lot of places to eat and gave fun. The entertainers were amazing as we remembered it. The terrace in village was amazing. The gardens were as always amazing and beautiful

We were there 9 years ago and what we saw now was surprising - there were very few changes, there was less variety of meals, less bars, less staff. We were in village not Belleville this time and I am sorry but the toilet seat was moving amd obviously it was a quick fix. My partner had to fix the absorber as we could not sleep because of the noise and the mold and heat in the bathroom were minus. Half of the plates and utensils had to be cleaned before using them in the reataurant which wasnt the case in the past

Very good location. Huge territory. Excellent big beach, lots of sunbeds, very good entrance to the sea, especially for small kids. Food was very good, I can strongly recommend for the families with small kids which are not used to spicy and flavored cuisine. Lots of swimming pools, as well great for kids. Buildings with rooms are spread in the territory and it doesn't feel crowded at all.

The cleanliness of the dishes is questionable, apparently the dishwasher is not handling that amount of dirty plates and cutlery. Rooms and furniture looking a bit tired, need some refreshment.

There was a planty of food choices but the quality was down . The entertainment program was good but some shows wasn't suitable for children as it was a men dressed as women and our son start asking questions. In general we stayed satisfied.

All the meet was well overcooked and dry. The beach restaurant toilet was disgusting.. Too less staff to take care of the tables cleanliness . Definitely the management is loosing their sights of good management and what they want - high houl or all inclusers with cheap alcohol and food. We are not considerin to come back.

We enjoyed the pools and the aqua park, we liked the beach and some of the extra activities ( mini golf, archery). The villa we stayed at was also very nice with a good position. It was clean and spacious. We had a small child with us and the blender on the baby corner helped during breakfast and sometimes lunch, but the options were limited.

The food did not vary that much and there were no options for lunch for babies ( last year at the 5* hotel we saw baby food jars, but at the Village restaurant we could not find them... Disappointed 😔).

Great place! Third year in a row, with children!!! Not having to think what they (the children) will have to eat or where they will be. The water slides and the animation shows are wonderful. Its a big place and at the same time doesnt feel overcrowded! For parents with more than one children, its unsurpassable all inclusive holiday vacation place!

This year tried the holiday village rather than the marina’s and the room was damp but the stuff was sooooo helpful and understandable and quickly moved us to even better rate room! The customer service is excellent!

The food was plenty and tasty. The beach is very wide with small sands. The sea water is not as salty as in Greece, for instance. The animation was also interesting - we liked the most the evening shows - very professional. The kids' pools were a big hit with our kids (7 and 5 years old). Moreover, there were 6 slides for their father as well. Our apartment in a twin house was almost in middle of the forest.

We didn't like that guests were "reserving/booking" tables at the restaurant and long chairs at the pool/beach. I understand that this is against hotel policies, but there was no control for it.

It's a great resort for families with children, especially small ones. Entertainment was great, the food was fine, the staff was helpful. The only drawback was the A/C maintenance. It should be improved significantly.

There was an issue with the A/C in our room. Despite our many requests, it wasn't solved during our stay. It looks like the A/C hasn't been cleaned for a longer time,it wasn't providing cold air at all and emitting a bad smell. It was not nice at all, especially when it was 30 degrees plus higher humidity.

Very nice location and very nice cottage, we stayed in. Very good entertainment!

I would have liked for the good food that usually disappears first, to have more. Unfortunately there were several times when I asked to replace the empty plates and there were nothing to replace it with. Funny enough the food that was not on so big demand, there were always extra.

Breakfast, as with the rest of the food was good and there was something for all tastes - even if sometimes you had to look for it! Grounds were a particular attraction - very tidy and often very pretty. Aqua park was a real bonus and kids loved it. Never had an issue with getting sun beds (and didn’t notice anybody trying to “reserve” them).

Of course, being all inclusive, there was tremendous waste with many guests piling up their plates and then leaving huge amounts of food untouched. With food being mixed up with paper etc, this limited possibility of using waste food for animals and perhaps separate bins for food and other items could be considered.

Great food. Great beach, pools and waterslides. Good entertainment and drinks.
