Great location, super window view over the lake and hills, easy to find place by GPS, pleasant and safe to walk around. Parking available in front of the residence, free of charge. Restaurant nearby, in case needed. Nice and welcoming staff, willing to do everything for their guests to feel at home, welcomed and supported. Very well served breakfast with variety of choices.

Noisy neighbours next to our room during our stay, sounded like they were moving furniture at 1.30 AM. Bath shower cabin a bit small (or I am too big :), but with the doors opened was better. Rooms do not have A/C for the hot nights, while an old fan was made available in the room but dusty. Due to some dust allergy, we could not use it anyway. Windows without insect protection made the evening a bit more challenging when chasing flying ants or mosquitos. However, there are certainly more things to love about this place, so we will definitely come in again with our own insect repellent and ear plugs. :)

The first sight of the hotel was excellent, very nice and looked good, the hosts were eager to please, we don't speak Italian and they don't speak Engine but we got through to each other. The view of the lake was nice. Breakfast included was a nice surprise as was the local resaurent.

This isn't something we didn't like but if you are going use the GPS co-ordinates to find it, it seems all streets have the same name in this area. We thought we we'd arrived but we were 200 mtrs away

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also great, cappuccino was awesome. The view from our room was everything, even better then expected!! There are parking spots in front of the BnB, in case you have a car. Overall, great stay :)

Without car, it is a little hard to get to the location therefore I suggest to book a taxi/book a car. There is public bus only 2-3x a day; the last bus from the next city (Colico is at 5:00 pm). For us, it was fine but if you want to be out at night, make sure to book a Taxi beforehand :)

The view is mesmerizing. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom flawless The hosts are very attentive and helpful. I only regret we did not spend more days there

The neighbors were a bit loud (nothing to do with the place, but the walls are thin). If you don't have a car you should plan in advance bus schedules (it stops right in front of the building), since there are not many buses. Arriving by train to Dorio and then walking 25 minutes is also possible (we did that 3 times) but in summer that might not be for everyone. I think arriving by ferry and walking a bit is also possible, but again perhaps not many ferries in that small village. In any case, it deserves the effort!

Really good staff. Andrea was very welcoming & super nice. Also location is 10/10. Perfect escape from noise of city and a lot of people. 5-10 min drive to most good restaurants

Noise was loud no sound proofing. I could hear someone showering at 1am 😂

Unfortunately there were no lakeside rooms left when we booked so our room didn’t have a view- will try to book in advance next time as would love to have a view of the lake from our room.

Good location with parking spots, next to the lake, very beautiful views, big room with large bed, tasty breakfast and kind hosts.

There was a lot of noise from the neighbours, the walls and the windows are very thin and we were awakened many times, we couldn’t rest properly.

The welcome was so friendly. We were given a room with a view over the lake which was breathtaking. Everything spotless. Very comfortable. We were only there one night so didn't have a chance to explore but were directed to a local hotel which had an excellent restaurant and bar 5 minutes walk away.

Breakfast was good and plentiful but fresh bread would have made it perfect

We booked a non-view room due to availability, but we’re upgraded when someone else cancelled. Thank you to whoever that was. What a gorgeous view. the room was clean and very spacious. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was was great. It was all we could have expected and more.

A little far away from more tourist activity, but that is an advantage as well!

Amazing views from the window over Lago di Como were the highlight, bed was comfortable and a great breakfast selection was offered, too.

The bathroom was rather small and the neighbors could be heard when coming and leaving their rooms.
