The location was perfect for what we needed and there were lots of nice places to visit within a comfortable radius. The room was very clean and well equipped, with a nice bathroom. The local facilities were excellent, with a bus stop, shops, takeaways, cafes and restaurants all nearby.
The mattresses felt as though they had cheap, or worn out, springs but were comfortable enough not to spoil sleep. There was some noise from the pub late on which might have woken us had we been asleep, but we tend not to go to bed until late so it wasn't an issue. There was only one tub chair and two dining chairs, so we fought a little over the tub chair!

We all felt truly welcomed. Wonderful communication with the host who kindly accommodated us with our group's needs. Ensuing our group had rooms next to each and set back towards the car park area. Excellent standard of cleanliness, range of facilities, and decor. There were so many well considered aspects with everything our group needed and more. The peace & quiet in our room 5 was totally welcomed along with the ease of access. Our room had Air Con, which was a life saver for us during the heat wave. A generous size shower and bathroom with plenty of towels, etc. The info foldee was easy to use and a well thought out. The local recommended eateries were lovely. The friendly housekeeping staff were patient and excellent.
For me, the bed mattress was as little too soft, yet it was far superior to the sofa bed mattress. Sofa bed is excellent as a sofa to sit on. The bed linen for the bed and sofa bed was fresh, clean, and comfortable. Not a dislike; we could have done with a bigger recycling receptacle yet delight to have one. Our room next dooe had no air conditioning, and though a generous fan was provided, it was still too hot, and the female guest staying in her gorgeous room didn't feel comfortable leaving a window opened throught the night. Hopefully, one day, air conditioning will be installed in room 4. Otherwise, she enjoy her stay.

Great location, excellent for walks if you have a dog, and right in the centre. We had 3 rooms for our group and each was very clean, had a lovely big shower and an excellent little kitchenette , even had proper teabags and coffee, very well equipped. Also very well sound proofed, It was right next a pub serving meals (although we didn’t eat there as booked elsewhere) we did go in for a drink after a family gathering, they had live music which was very loud (but didn’t hear anything in the rooms) but it was a place for all ages and the staff were really friendly.
This is just advisory, not a negative in relation to the accommodation, that was really good, but the passage way was very narrow (olde coaching inn arch), we had a wide 7 seater vehicle and just managed it with the mirrors in, but if you had a minibus/people carrier it would be difficult, although you could park in town as it’s right in the centre.

The room was spotlessly clean. The kitchen area was well equipped so very good for self catering. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was excellent. The rooms are very close to the town but it's still a lovely quiet area to stay and everything was within walking distance. Ideal if you take a dog as there are excellent footpaths and walking areas adjacent to the property.
The information provided by the host was very comprehensive. However, being told a couple of days before about the very narrow archway which we had to drive through to access the parking area was unacceptable as it was too late to change our booking. Our car is slightly on the wider side so we had to drive in with the wing mirrors closed and only a couple of centimetres leeway on each side. A small or narrower car will fit through without any issues. Check in was at 4pm and check out was at 10am so for a one night stay this made for a very expensive trip. Again we weren't made aware of this until it was too late to change the booking. It is possible to request different check in times. This wouldn't have been a problem if we'd been staying for more than one night.

Very well equipped and nicely laid out accommodation, we were in one of the family rooms on 2 levels.
The bedroom on the mezzanine level was very warm and there was no way of cooling the room, no windows you could open as it's set into the eaves of the roof. Heat rises, so the bedroom was noticeably warmer than the lounge below, and this was during our stay in January, I would imagine it could get very hot in the warmer months of the year. The lighting was a bit too bright; the lounge area had no table lamps, only spotlights set into the ceiling above, which couldn't be dimmed so you either sat in darkness or had bright overhead lights shining down. Luckily a few of us were staying for a family celebration nearby, my sister's room did have two table lamps, so she lent us one of them for the duration of the stay!

We had a lovely stay. The rooms are lovely are nip and clean, had all the necessities. For a pet friendly room we were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. Beds are very comfortable. The shops are a stones throw away and a nice pub opposite. All in all had a great stay for a fabulous price.
Would be better if there was air con/extractor fan. The room was quite hot. Could do with a sweeping brush or hoover to keep on top of dog hair. Nothing major everything apart from that was perfect.

Beautiful little self-contained apartments, really clean and comfortable. It's much bigger than I thought as well, and the pictures don't really do it justice! The room we were in also seemed yo be pretty newly renovated as everything was really nice and modern. Came with everything you need for a week or so, either self-catering, or there's a pub immediately next door with great food too. Staff were really friendly and accommodating as well. We would happily stay here again!
We picked a bad night, the pub next door shares the entrance alley with the hotel and unfortunately it was a gorgeous hot friday might and so the pub was open quite late abd the patrons were quite noisey. Tge oub staff did their best to keep the customers quiet and away from the rooms, but there's only so much they can do. We did call the hotel staff in the morning as we ended up oversleeping, and they were really understanding and allowed us an extra hour after checkout to get showered and pack and vacate the room. It's just one of those things, and not a regular occurrence, as we rarely get such gorgeous weather!

Location brilliant for town centre, cafe's, pubs and bars but equally very quiet while we were there for two nights. I stayed with my Mum, so I took the sofa bed in the lounge, which was very comfortable and big. Perfect for friends sharing as there is a mezzanine bedroom with a huge TV too, so you have your own space. Immaculate, thoughtful additions like tea, coffee, sugar and milk, lovely little kitchen. Huge walk in shower, big bathroom, lovely towels and linen's provided, everything was perfect for our stay and we would definitely stay again. Pet friendly, we took my dog and she loved the walks on the local golf course and along the stream which is just a minutes walk away.
Absolutely not a criticism as we got there in the end, but the postcode does take you to the Church as it happened to my family who were coming to meet us as well. So, do make sure you read your email that is sent to you prior to your stay as it gives you clear directions where to turn into the very tight arch way to get to the property.

No fiddly check in process. Clean comfortable room. Good bed. Cooking facilities. (Hob and Microwave). Decent bathroom and shower. Clothes can be machine washed in a room a short distance away. Quiet place. Comfortable bed. Large car park outside. Small fridge and freezer. Near shops and restaurants.
Very small TV screen, if viewing TV from the bed. Only an overhead shower. Would prefer additional hand shower.

Place was beautifully clean and comfortable. It also felt very safe for myself and two small dogs, with lovely walks at the bottom of the car park leading to a golf course
All quality items used in the apartment. I had booked the one for 4 people so it had a double bed upstairs in the mezzanine as well as a great sofa bed Plates etc great quality. If I was to nitpick, I would say please: - provide a lamp for the lounge - provide better quality saucepans as ones there were ultra thin and prone to burning even with liquid in them
