Great location, 10 minute walk into town. Basic, simple and overall, ok for the price. Parking great as right onsite. Personality lacking but it clean and tidy, so no issues.

The staff seemed very stressed and rigid- requested to take breakfast up to my room one day (continental) as we fancied a lay in, but was met with quite a hostile NO.. there was a member of the team, a young lad who was very sweet and helped us with figuring out how to switch the circuit on for the fridge.. but overall, the staff seem quite stressed which was a negative to the experience. People were quite clearly smoking in rooms, as it emanated throughout the floor but it didn’t impact stay.

it is a gem of hotel with exceptional staff. Location is great. The hotel is unfussy and uncluttered but with everything one would need for a short stay. The lady in reception went above and beyond to help me when google maps lead me astray. She phoned me back, tried to guide me and eventually came out into the street to find me. Excellent breakfast which focus on quality rather than acres of everything. Great sausages and great solution to the potential horrors of pre cooked breakfast eggs with a neat “frittata”

Comfortable and reasonable facitlites. A bit of a walk from the centre of Nicosia. Other reviews have criticised the breakfast. I thought it was fine and consistent with the category of hotel. Perhaps the hotel has noted the reviews and improvided it. There was cereal, bread, ham and cheese, bacon eggs sausage and good pastries. The coffee was also good although brought by the staff rather than a machine

Good bed,quiet,comfy.Decent breakfast.2 wonderful ladies are in charge of cleaning and dining room- so kind and sweet! Maybe management can learn from them how to treat guests.A Filipina and Bulgarian,not sure about their names.Location is not bad if you need your 10k steps a day.

They switched off the AC in 32C.The safe box could not be locked.While staff were OK,one young male receptionist was less than helpful.Hotel takes a long time to reply to messages,or no reply at all.

Hotel was modern and welcoming. The staff were all friendly and effficient. The room was large and modern with a comfortable bed and a nice renovated bathroom. The breakfast had a good choice of food both hot and cold.

Other reviews stated that the aircon was not efficient and we found the same. However we asked at reception if they could give us a fan. A large fan was delivered to the room a few minutes later and that solved the problem and kept us cool. The car park area is small, but we did find space, however there is parking on the road.

The hotel is distinguished by its cleanliness and good location. The hotel staff is distinguished by generosity and response to any request. Their smile continues with the guests. The reservation was upgraded by adding a free breakfast service for us. Breakfast is fairly good and has an acceptable variety. A simple note is that the internet is sometimes interrupted, and at noon due to the hot weather, cooling becomes insufficient. All thanks and appreciation to the hotel staff for their good hospitality. I will definitely return to this beautiful hotel on other visits, and I highly recommend this hotel.

We chose this hotel because it was near the medical centre that my son had a minor operation at and we needed somewhere for him to relax after surgery before heading back home. The staff were all so helpful and polite. All the staff full of smiles, they are what really make the hotel special.

The staff was great.. The administrative manager was great and changed my room to a bigger room with a balcony overlooking the street. The breakfast was simple but enough and the restaurant workers serve people

I don't know the hotel's rules, but I think it is preferable to provide a bottle of water or two for each room, noting that the hotel offered me cold juice upon my arrival at the hotel.

We had a quiet spacious 3 single bed room to sleep Friendly staff I think good value for money as it includes breakfast We decided to stay an extra night ie 2 We walked from there to the Nicosia Border crossing and went for a day trip to N Cyprus. 2 lovely restaurants nearby , 1 across the road Παντοπωλείο "Καλή Όρεξη" is exceptional and 5 mins walk to the superb Syrian Club Restaurant

Everything was great

The room was good and I would like to thank them for the room with a balcony. The location is good. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like is that the maid wash the mugs and the glassess in the wash hand basin not change them I noticed them as we where in the room.
