The staff was professional, kind and helpful.

The shower in the room 405 was small with a shower door difficult to open or close. The (hair) dryer tube had no temperature regulation and it could reach easily higher temperature. We would suggest an additional hairdryer as option to the guest and sulfate free bath products.

I loved the facilities, the hotel was amazing, big rooms and very comfortable. Lovely and delicious breakfast buffet for three guests. The bathroom was absolutely amazing, with so many accessories for the guests . Big car park facilities and friendly service.

All was good but there was no air conditioning in the rooms despite the hot weather in the daytime. Overall, I loved my stay there.

The guy at check-in, Mohammed, wasnt very welcoming. I booked the hotel for 3 adults but I have my 2-year old daughter with us. He said kids need to be paid separately but was all sorted out in the end without having to pay anything extra.

From making the booking trill they welcomed us at reception, the room was perfectly clean and stylished furnished. They pay attention to detail. Best buffet breakfast I had in a hotel. Thank hou Phi Hotel for spoiling is to a great stay and experience. We would at any time recommend traveller's to book at this special hotel.

I generally do not like carpets on the floor. I wish there was coffee cups and glasses available (not those disposable ones).

I liked the RJ45 port for cable connection I appreciated the assortment of hygiene products I appreciated the comfort of the desk to work on the PC I appreciated the invoice of the slippers

I did not appreciate the fact that I could not tie the temperature of the room I did not appreciate the fact that the carpet on the floor

Lovely staff, both at reception an in restaurant. Made us feel very welcome. Restaurant meal very good value with local wine. Breakfast had plenty of choice and restaurant staff at both meals were delightful Room hot on arrival but receptionist able to control air conditioning and reduced temperature, and turned it off at night at our request. Double Bed a little 'bouncy' - when one person turned over the other one felt the turn too! But that is a slight criticism in comparison with the overall excellent stay. Would recommend as stay overnight near airport.

The location is wonderful the staff is wonderful the restaurant is fantastic just a really wonderful place to stay when you're in the area.

I can't think of anything I didn't like about the hotel I travel constantly I've been living in hotels for the last year and a half and I have been at this hotel before it is consistently wonderful.

Business trip, didn't stay much in the hotel. It was conveniently located close to my destination. Room is functional. Shower cabin is small. AC works ok, maybe a bit noisy, but it was 36°C outside so it had to work extra. Clean and confy bed (on the hard side). Typical breakfast for Italian hotel: good choice (fruits, ham, cheese, eggs, jam, yoghurt, muesli, cakes, stuffed croissant), good coffee but poor bread/pastries. Would recommend for a business trip.

We were very satisfied with your accomodation. The parking infront of the hotel was free and the room was clean. The breakfast was amazing and the guy working there was very kind. We highly recommend this hotel!
