The hotel is very pretty and feels like an old Moroccan home. It's right in the heart of the Petit Socco, just off the Medina and only a 10 to 15 minute walk uphill from the ferry port. Surrounded by fabulous restaurants and tons of shops. The evening ambience is electric. The hotel staff are super nice and will bend over backwards to make you comfortable.

The only drawback was the teeny-tiny washroom. It's the type that the shower is the whole room. Perhaps other rooms in the hotel have larger ensuites, but ours was really small. Still, it was clean and functional.

The room for my family with 2 children is big and the bathroom is also big and clean. The staff are friendly. The lobby is bright and beautiful, there are many chairs and sofas so we can sit there while waiting for the raining stop. the location is perfect in the old Madina, Tanger. I plan to stay there again if I have any chance to visit Tanger in the future.

There is no towel for the bathroom floor, so it is a little bit slippery after taking a bath. but maybe we can ask the staff to provide a floor towel for the bathroom.

The lovely people that worked there, they were so helpful and spoke a lot of languages, made us feel comfortable. Location was perfect, right in the centre of the old town, everything interesting is right around us. The room we had was spacious and clean, we just had to ask for towels, easy no problem. A/C worked and helped so much with the humidity.

(this isn't something negative, just for light sleepers to have in mind, like my partner) it's close to mosques, and the early morning call to prayer made it hard for him to sleep, but that's our own fault for not thinking about that as it should've been obvious to us when staying in the historic centre!

Great location, maybe even a bit too good. The hotel is in the heart of the old town and market, which means that there is a lot of commotion (for better and for worse). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was enough space for us to store our luggaes and clothes. The staff was extremely helpful and was willing to store our luggage for 10 hours after we checked out

The bathroom was really small. Because of this, the entire bathroom would be wet after taking a shower. Nevertheless, we only spent 1 night at the hotel and were okay with this for one night.

The style of the hotel was nice , traditional riad, a real palace , decorated in Arabic style as we wanted to . The location . Staff was very helpful , but need to learn English )

The shower . It was just a corner in the bathroom , and all was wet after taking it . There were some shelves broken there . The tv wasn’t working .The picture on the wall was not hanging straight ,well it was charming anyway . The towels were missing , and when we asked for them , we were given the old ones with a hole 😅.

The hostel was just renewed. The bedroom they gave to us was very comfortable. Mr Jamal who worked on the reception was super nice and friendly with us. Around the hotel, there is one coffee shop/ restaurant and the food there is very good and many stores.

1 - The bathroom didn't have shower stall, then when we got shower the entire floor got wet. I believe because the place had just finished their renewal and they still need to do some work there. 2 - On booking.com it says they accept card, but they don't. We had to withdraw money to pay them instead to pay by credit card as planned. 3 - There was no room service during our staying.

Breakfast was served individually and it was fresh though served little later.

Washroom be little bigger. We were dropped off at the other side of the old town by the taxi driver hired from Tangier train station. After walking through the alley for about an hour we found the hotel.It was really a nightmare for us!!

This hotel was our safe haven. We were so pleased with our stay. Great location, incredible service and the list goes on and on.

It was in the heart of the Medina so close to everything. It was peaceful and relaxing staying there.

So clean and beautiful and organized. Perfect balance of facility and tradition. Friendly staff. They could speak English which is a bonus for foreigners. I loved the unique adhan and the beautiful garden they had. Amazing!

The shower makes the bathroom wet. There was some super loud noise at night from some door closing from outside that bothered us a bit.

Beautiful location, easily accessible in the heart of the old medina of Tangier, staff nice and friendly, lovely decoration of the riad, traditional.

Constructive criticism: I had to wait twice for my keys because the receptionist wasn't there. Maybe an idea to have the guest key kept and then delivered every time it goes out.
