Large suits, modern and clean. Nice to swim in the pool after the long drive. Friendly reception helped and explained everything. Parking on the teritory is also nice to have.

There is a lack of catering facilities especially if you check in at 6 p.m. No place to order food and no stores nearby. Also you need to pay extra for hot water if you want to make tea during the breakast, which was paid before.

The mattress needs urgently changed with the a new one…it was with the bumps.. For two nights it was very hard to sleep, because of the bumps in the mattress..

This is a very nice hotel and they have great staff. Main purpose of business is wellbeing and recovery and they have massage, oxygen therapy, salt room (salt therapy) and pool. We managed to get in time to get a massage and enjoy in the evening the pool. As we only had 1 night it would have been nice if the pool hours were a little more flexible for hotel guest, with having maybe some hours in the morning like 6-8 am before the therapy session would start. At this time the restaurant is only open for breakfast. The food selection was really good and we would love to see this will open and offer full service again (closed during covid the lunch/dinner service). We would recommend to go to city center or the mall to have dinner/ lunch and this is a good excuse to explore the city as well :) Staff was amazing and assisted with booking the massage before our arrival.

It is a little out of city center,so plan this just to get some relax time. Restaurant is only opened for breakfast and it was a wait for food delivery as not that many services/ restaurants available in the area. No public transport available,but it is easy to get to the mall with a short taxi drive or a long walk.

Breakfast quite poor, beside some cold appetizers, one could only get on demand just fried eggs or omelette. Although the room was quite big, the pieces of furniture were too close one to another making it difficult to move inside the room.

Wi-Fi is working at lobby and in rooms close to elevator. In our room it wasn't working.

-very clean&nice room -having a pretty good breakfast, great pool and sauna included in the price -friendly and helpful staff

-some parts of the location need renovation, or the place will lose its value in the near future -the breakfast could have a bigger variety of food -the massage and at least some of the medical facilities should be available over the weekend as well, if you want to attract more tourists at the hotel! Nothing available on Sundays, except the pool.

Good breakfast, very clean rooms with nice furniture. Amazing facilities along with massage and other services. I totally recommend this hotel for spending some great time with your loved ones.

The ladies at the reception should provide more information when someone asks something or needs guidance.They are vague, maybe this happens due to high volume of work.

it was clean and they have a large and warm room. the breakfast was ok

We had a deluxe room with a spa package which includes 120 min of massage, we supposed it was for each people because the room is double and we made an appointment accordingly and they confirmed it, but in fact we benefited of 45 min, 50 min respectively. In the end they told us that we have 60 min of massage/person and I misunderstood, but if you read the room description and the conversation that I had with them, you would understand the same.
