Lovely place, very good location. The area is quiet and safe. The beach is very close, there are several restaurants around and one very local and amazing bar just accross the road (also good for a breakfast), the grocery is in 3 minutes, buses to the airport are not far as well. The reception staff helped with the taxi since I had an early morning flight. Not all of them speak english but they are very friendly and ready to help using the google translator. The room is good, clean, all the basic needs are covered.

The soundproofing is not good at all. There's no hair dryer. No fridge in the room (but there's a kitchen downstairs).

The pink tiling and dark wood (and brown towels!) date the original build, but the newer décor, airy reception, plus handy washing machines and vending machine mean the place is clean and cool with all the facilities you need. Located on a small one-way street that is pretty standard for Arrecife, there’s little traffic noise. Cafés for breakfast or light lunch are a couple of minutes’ walk and the main shopping street and restaurants about five minutes away. Staff were helpful and happy to store luggage for people. It helps to speak at least some Spanish, but guests of all languages seemed to be able to communicate their needs.

It had an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet which was great. 3 single beds and they were comfortable with crisp white sheets. It was as expected from the photos. The location was great. Close to everything. Shops and restaurants a few steps away. The kitchen downstairs was very clean and well supplied with a big fridge and the dining room was clean too. I didn't use them but I could have. The washing machine and dryer was great. You do need to pay for both I think it was 3euro and 2.50euro but I only needed 1 lot of euro for the dryer. The reception staff were very friendly and responsive.

I booked here because I needed the wifi and unfortunately it was very bad and I couldn't use it from the room during the night to do some urgent work. Next day I explained to the manager that I had lost the evening of work as I couldn't get the wifi and he was very apologetic, the wifi is from an external provider. They offered me to sit in the lobby and without charge and to work which I did for the day and then they let me connect to the office wifi which was a direct signal. I was thankful for that and they let me work without interruption. Thank you.

For such a comparably low price, it's almost impossible to write anything negative, but one piece of information for light sleepers: the doors to the rooms are not thick and so you can hear guests in the corridor - the sound insulation is generally kept simple.

It's basic, but if you book and pay for a 2star then don't judge it as a 4star! It's great value, very clean, the building is somewhat older but the rooms have fresh paint and furniture. Cannot judge all the rooms ofcourse but mine was ground floor, very near the shared kitchen, which is great. It's great to be able to make a tea at night and your own breakfast in the morning. You also get to meet other travellers. My room had shutters and good curtains, which means no daylight early mornings, helps for a good night sleep! Good wifi, warm shower. Quiet street and close to the beachfront. There is a vending machine and also a coffee machine, only 60 cents for a cup of very decent coffee. Felt at home and safe, would definitely book again.

There are not a lot of plugs in the room. Only thing i missed was something to dry my hands after washing the dishes in the kitchen.

It was our second stay in this hotel and not the last, for sure, as when we are back in Lanzarote next year, that’s where we are going to stay. The hotel has all the amenities you could wish for - beautiful rooms, with modern furniture, excellent bathroom, very comfy beds. There’s a dining room with kitchenette on site, so you can make simple meals there, a laundry room, free luggage lockers, a book exchange, a vending machine. The staff are lovely, ever so helpful. The whole place is spotlessly clean and smelling lovely, the cleaning ladies makes an excellent job. Toiletries are provided, WiFi works great, we couldn’t fault this place at all. The hotel is right in the centre of Arrecife, within a walking distance to the beach, shops and bars/restaurant. We absolutely love this place and can’t wait to return there.

This is not the hotel’s fault at all, but there was a family from hell a couple of rooms from us, who couldn’t control their screaming toddler at all, they kept opening the door of their room late in the evening, the screams of their child carried to our room, when we just wanted to rest and read our books, but that’s not the hotel’s fault at all - just some irresponsible parents’ who were unable to calm down their baby screaming its head off for no reason.

The hotel was very clean, and had friendly staff. The location was perfect. It was just a few minutes walk from the beach & supermarket, with many restaurants in the surrounding area. For the price paid, it has everything you need for a short stay. Would recommend.

The bed was a bit firm, so may not be ideal for a long stay. I would also recommend a lamp for the room as i was using the bathroom light at night for a bit of light, but not really a big issue.

The hotel is on very good location, nice cleaning ladies, very clean. Small shared kitchen was ok, especially using the fridge. Other guests in the hotel were very friendly. Big plus was that we could get a coffee early in the morning before our flight.

It was fine, no big disappointments. It was strange that the women at the reception doesn't speak a word of English. The room was very basic, with very little light, but it was ok as we spent very little time in the room mainly sleeping.

Highly recommend this hostel! Big plus for the elevator, because it is not something you can find in every hostel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated being able to leave my luggage after check-out. The overall standard of the place is surprisingly high compared to many other hostels, both in Arrecife and even across Europe. Great location too, everything you need is within walking distance. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and kitchen facilities adequate. Beds were comfortable. Location central to shops, restaurants and beach. There is a handy public bus service.

We had no inner courtyard view room; instead facing the narrow but busy noisy road. There was no patio. Smokers have to go out onto sidewalk. Room was smaller then expected. TV channels only in Spanish language.
