Location was as expected. Breakfast was reasonable, but coffee weak and not hot enough. “Hot” water only lukewarm. Cereal selection poor. Otherwise good.

Ants in our room, and mosquitoes at night, we were badly bitten. Had to ask for clothes hangers, insufficient space to hang clothes especially dresses as the rail was over the coffee making shelf. Nowhere to put cases off the ground. Very little shelf space for toiletries in bathroom. Could do with another hook in bathroom to keep clothes and hand towel off the floor. Shower excellent. It was very wet when we visited but had no mat inside door of our room to dry feet on entry. Could do with a covered area on entry to the rooms.

Lovely place, very relaxing and would highly recommend for a long weekend getaway for a bit of sun. It smelt great, the decor was lovely and staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was amazing too!

Everything was great - outside of Lisbon so may be easier to have a hire car but taxi’s were easily accessible. The Guest House had local taxi firms but I used Bolt which was very good too.

The hotel was very cozy and we were practically alone. It was very enjoyable to spend an entire day relaxing there, the breakfast had plenty of options and was great!

The check-in was a bit confusing with no one being at the reception or picking up calls, there was no big options for food (lunch) and nothing was identified (especially because there was someone with a gluten allergy in our group).

Perfect getaway around the nature and vine fields. Very quiet and cozy. The room was amazing, beds comfortable, food was great. I liked all the small details at breakfast.

The route going to the parking was dusty. It would be nicer if they asphalt it or make some kind of pavement, so you don't get dirty while walking to the car for example.

Beautiful location - rolling green hills. Nice to walk through. Great pool. Great pond with sunbathing frogs. Delicious breakfast. Really friendly and helpful staff. Cool cat. Very peaceful and homely. Was very close to a wedding we went to nearby. Helped us book taxis and dinner.

Our room was nice because it was on the quieter side of the grounds, so felt more private, but it didn’t seem as big or well equipped vs what we had booked. The hairdryer didn’t work, air con was loud, no kettle in the room or sitting area. Was expecting it to be bigger and more equipped - also a bit more luxurious for the price.

Beautiful rooms, good food, in the middle of nowhere with great views and a nice pool. Ideal for an escape from the city. It was really cosy, really silent and we absolutely loved it.

The only thing I have to say that put a bit of a damper on the stay was the taste of the water. Both the tap and the filtered water. It was really really bad, to the point where I couldn't drink it. And the worst part is that the coffee is made with that water, which made the coffee also really not tasty. But next time I'll bring water bottles!

This was one of the best stays I've ever experienced. The resort is beautiful, it's so serene and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the suite was very roomy and comfortable for 2 people, and the breakfast was extremely generous and tasty.

Gorgeous countryside location. With a great and generous breakfast. We were practically the only guests there during the week and it made for a very relaxing and soothing stay,

Location is a little remote, but it's part of the charm. Not really a negative, i just put it here for awareness.

We had a great time here. Staff were very helpful, even cooking us pasta when we needed to feed our kids on arrival. The kids loved the pool and the goats and the frogs etc. Beautiful surroundings.

It is very remote. We needed to stay there for proximity to a family wedding. If you were wanting easy access to shops and activities for kids, this wouldn't be ideal but it worked great for us. Staff were wonderful!

Baby shampoo and crib provided. Lovely location, views, pool.

Very minor but pool lighting was not used at night, some additional garden illumination at night would be useful. Be prepared for bit of off road driving!
