The room they gave us was wonderful! Very spacious with plenty of walking space and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the fact that we could control our own thermostat on the wall as it made the room to our liking! The staff was great and the housekeeper even introduced herself to us! Keisha told us if we needed anything to please ask her. The woman that checked us in was named Angela and she was very professional! Loved the breakfast bar as everything was hot and very tasty! We even had something we had never eaten at a hotel before and they were like mini quiches!

We didn't have a microwave in the room to reheat our food with. I called to the front desk and she told me none of the rooms had a microwave, but feel free to use the one in the lobby! Didn't like the idea of having to go downstairs to heat us something.

Everything appeared clean and in good repair. You could see a little wear and tear but nothing major. The pool was a good temperature (not too cold). The hot tub was very small (3 people max) but was hot and worked. We really enjoyed the hot tub! Staff were friendly and very helpful!

The breakfast was okay. They had a small variety of foods. We appreciated it was buffet style and not grab and go. If we stay there again we will plan to get breakfast at McDonalds or something.

I would really like to think the front desk I think her name was Karen she was very kind and helpful. I had book through booking.com and they had my first name as my last name and we could not find my reservation but she searched until she found it . I am very grateful. I would also like to think the house keeping manager she was just great. Our room was nice and comfortable. They both are great asset to your company.

A longer stay to see the city.

Breakfast was okay but plastic cutlery and a cardboard plate - bad for the environment and bad for the experience. Cold water in the swimming pool.

I liked the fact that the front desk clerk was welcoming and courteous during check in. The hotel was clean. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The furniture is older which is fine but it did not allow for easy access to charge electronics near the bed. We had to plug up across the room. The air conditioner was a lil loud when it was on.

The reception was excellent. Alexis and the biochem major guy were very welcoming and friendly. The beds were comfortable, clean, and with a choice of pillow hardness. The place was spotless and kept well. The breakfast was adequate and fresh. The dining area was ample and clean. The hot tub came in handy after a 10-hour drive.

There were no connections for EV. Even a 220 plug would've been nice.

Property is located near I10 I a very quiet and peaceful area. It is well maintained and clean.

The fact that it didn’t have EV charging stations as was stated under “Facilities”. Thank goodness we had enough charge to get to a nearby charging station!

The poor bar/food server was inexperienced with making bar drinks and was left alone that night without backup support or adequate training; we really felt sorry for her, although she took it all in stride.
