The staff was excellent. I had contact with 3 different guest services representatives and each one made me feel that they would help with whatever I needed. The breakfast was very good and breakfast staff very friendly and accommodating.

When we got there we found that the pool was closed and has been for some time. No indication of this on the website.

Good, clean and friendly atmosphere. The room was comfortable and very convenient. The breakfast area, clean and the food hot and fresh. Overall the stay was just right for what we wanted, the staff very friendly and accommodating.

No true view from the rooms. For where the location of the hotel is. But the hotel itself is great.

The location was perfect. 3 miles from the wedding we attended at Southwind Hills.

There was a little mold on the tiles around the shower; nothing that spraying Tilex wouldn't take care of. Breakfast ran out of hot food a little early. We were charged more on our credit card than the printed bill states.

The rooms weee great as well as the staff! The location was good for our final destination!

The front desk staff was amazing and so was the food and the staff stocking the food.

If I were being picky I’d say I’d like more of a selection at the front with the snacks. That being said I should point out many hotels don’t provide that amenity at all.

I had to rooms and was never refunded the incidental charge for either room.

We were in a blizzard and had to stay an extra night, the staff couldn't have been any more pleasant and helpful.

IT WAS CENTRALLY LOCATED TO EVERYTHING.

There was no housekeeping so my dirty towels and trash was piled in my room. I was told that my towels an trash would be taken out as I requested but this did not happen.

Staff was very friendly. Room was very comfortable.

Part of the outer window was broken. I was able to open the window when it should have been locked. I was on the first floor. That made me very uncomfortable.

The size of room, set of room, cleaned of room, good supplies, excellent staff and good customer service, best location everything near by. Would definitely consider staying again

Breakfast could have added bread so everyone can eat. For kids there was nothing much for breakfast. Also one sofa chair was missing like in other hotel room. Bathtub water was not going off quickly.
