I love staying here. Every time I come to Toledo this is the place I will always book. We have a large family. This place has enough space and beds for us to all be in one room and it's so nice having a living area with a kitchen. Really saves on having to eat out. My favorite part is that I never have to share a bathroom with my 4 children!.

I wish that breakfast was longer. I also wish they kept the fire pit going. I never got to sit by the fire once. And I also recommend a pool after hours for just 21 and older.

Overall, the stay was a good one. Nice amenities, and the location was perfect for all the different places we visited while in Toledo. There is plenty of handicap parking, too.

Days prior to arriving, we modified our stay with the hotel front desk, but they had no record of it when we arrived. Found what we assumed was pet hair in our bed on check-in. We were moved to a different room. Halfway thru our stay, we were told that they did not have a reservation for us for the remainder of our stay, but the manager worked with us to correct it. The hotel was understaffed for proper cleaning. Our room was only cleaned once during our 10-day stay.

Breakfast and the social hour food options were good. Plenty of tasty food. Fitness center was clean and had a good assortment of exercise equipment. Ample parking. Rooms were spacious and had a nice TV. Good WiFi speed. Nice refrigerator. The rooms were very quiet.

Needed daily or every other day room trash pickup. Room microwave oven operation was definitely not user friendly. Swimming pool water temperature was too cold for my liking so I didn't use it.

The staff were superb, very friendly and remembered why we were there!!! We found that very refreshing. Most times, they don't seem to care. Just want your money. Breakfast was exceptional. They pretty much had anything you could want for a breakfast included in your stay. Wonderful!!! We will recommend to everyone🥰🥰🥰

Breakfast was fine except that we missed the day that offered scrambled eggs. The mini omelets had ham and I don't eat meat so that was the only downside. Not a big problem as there were plenty of other choices.

The air-conditioning unit is loud but I like white noise so it worked out well. Other than that, I found our room to be comfortable and easy to navigate.

The property was exceptionally clean, the room itself was soo spacious, and comfortable. It accommodated all of my families needs for two days due to our power being out. The staff were amazing. Each person i crossed paths with or needed help from helped me in a very genuine way and that made me feel comfortable. We got a chance to utilize the pool that was awesome and they serve great breakfast!

Great place to stay. Very roomy. Convenient location.

This hotel has a $75 pet fee. Our poodle is an experienced traveler and has NEVER been a problem. This pet fee is a big rip off and would be the reason we would never stay here again, even though the hotel itself was great.

It was very comfortable and location worked nicely for the activities we had attended.

Had some cobwebs on the ceiling. Half of the light bulbs for bathroom vanity and upper ceiling were out.

Staff was very friendly. Due to our furnace going out Christmas Eve we found this hotel to have a last minute family Christmas at. Size of the room and not having that hotel room feel turned a very stressful situation into a very memorable one! The price was very reasonable too given what all was included with a 2 bedroom suite!

It would be nice if there was a bigger garbage can for the kitchen area, especially the 2 bedroom suite ones. we brought extra garbage bags with us so it wasn’t a huge deal. We just put one of those in the kitchen.

We like that it is like a little secure apartment but would like a taller toilet not sure how to request when selecting a room
