Very comfortable and nicely decorated rooms. Friendly staff. Dinner was very nice We all enjoyed our meals very much Breakfast each day was lovely too, fresh and well cooked with a good choice We would definitely stay here again.
Parking could sometimes be a problem if we arrived when the inn was busy, but it was resolved fairly quickly. Bit of road noise but overall there was little to complain about We weren’t all in the inn but in a converted outbuilding. Again well decorated and comfortable but it would have been preferable to us to have been in the inn itself or to have been prepared for this scenario .

The restaurant was very good (we had the trio of lamb and the trio of pork the first night - both excellent - and lighter dishes the second night) with good wine choices. Parking was easy. The bed was very comfortable. It was good value for the cost overall.
Our room was very small. In looking at other rooms as they were being cleaned, it appeared we got the smallest room.

The B&B is very close to Chipping Campden (approx. 5min drive) so it was lovely to explore the village during the day. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and had a very comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was delicious- you get a choice of continental or cooked and the lady who served us was very friendly and helpful.
The price for the room was a lot but similar to others in the area so maybe that's the usual price! The bathroom was very small with a shower (no bath) and minimal toiletries were provided. I would have expected a bath and a slightly more luxurious feel for the price but overall the room was well presented and we had a lovely time.

The property was in an ideal location for what we wanted to do. it was easy to find with parking and despite being on a main road it was quiet. Breakfast was fresh cooked. room had tea and coffee & biscuits.
The toilet area was a little small, we also found the toilet was strangle high! and if you turned the sink tap on too quickly, you got splashed. The isolation cord for the electric shower was missing and the TV had a fault power cable, which we reported. Breakfast was great but you were limited, basically, either Cereal or cooked. The price was within our budget but we paid less for a similar property the night before.

Location good for places we wanted to visit like Broadway, Stow, Moreton etc. beautiful properties, sheep in a field round the corner and peace and quiet on a walk we took. Breakfast choice extensive and good portions with hot and cold drinks offered. Drink selection in room was extensive. Bedding comfy and room tastefully decorated with a fan if too warm and windows that opened. Thoughtful extras like cotton wool, tissues, bottled water, mags/info about things in the area. Staff warm and welcoming. Didn’t eat off main menu but looked delicious. We sat outside listening to a live singer and was pizza night which was really tasty cooked in their own pizza oven!!
Could hear noise from bar downstairs but didn’t stop us falling asleep - all that country air!

Friendly and welcoming. The manager and chef went to a great deal of trouble to cater for a friend's complicated dietary requirements at dinner. She thoroughly enjoyed her meal. Our courtyard room was cool despite the heatwave. Unlike many places, there was a generous supply of tea, coffee and milk and bottled water provided on both nights. The house-made biscuits are a nice touch. Very good breakfast with a number of options.
It's nothing the hosts can do anything about but the traffic through the village is constant.

Harry welcomed us warmly on arrival mid pm on a Sunday. Lovely room and bathroom, and a wonderful bed with gorgeous bed-linen. Nice breakfast and warm owner/host at the time of our departure.
The immediate view from our £176 per night room was very disappointing.....an overgrown field that forms part of the property and which needs some TLC and maintenance. Looking out over a flat roof building to the right saw redundant materials (an old awning/canopy perhaps?) that has no place being left on view in such a quality hotel.

Our friends were staying in a house in the village so this was a super location. We literally needed a room nearby with Parking and the room we had was perfect. A pretty twin with shower, in a quiet part of the Pub with bottled water, tea and coffee making facilities. The lad who checked us in was very attentive and helpful, as were everyone who we met. Lovely hosts.
The water pressure was quite weak (despite having a large shower head) However, we would definitely recommend the Seagrave Arms to anyone visiting the Costwolds.

This was a nice stop on our way. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.
The only downside of the room was how small it was in size. It was difficult to find a spot to open two suitcases at once without blocking access to the tiny bathroom. The shower head kept dripping for a while after using it which was a bit noisy and as for the location, even though it's quite nice, everything closes quite early around the hotel so we struggled to find a place for dinner at 19:30.

We welcomed immediately and felt very comfortable. We arrived on pizza night. They were cooking in the outdoor oven. We asked about gluten free and she said she would go out and get some for my kids. Live music, pizza, and an ice cold cider. The location was great. We rented bikes, highly recommended, to explore the Cotswolds. We got bikes from All Cotswolds. We spent two days the food was delicious.
I have no complaints. I wish we could have stayed longer.
