Great location with a bus service into Stratford from right outside the hotel. The hotel was modern and clean. We enjoyed a swim in the pool and a bar meal in the evening. Would definitely recommend it!

From arrival to checkout everything about our stay was excellent. Property had ample parking, At reception we were welcomed by a very nice young lady who made the check in process of the usual routine information easy and without any holdups. We were given clear advice of how to find our room and was extremely happy to find a larger than usual room furnished with smart seating area and amazing comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean and great lighting. With really nice complementary toiletries and everything super clean. The facilities including spa area were lovely. Both bar area and restaurant were excellent and both had the high standard of staff members who were exceptionaly efficient and polite. Probably rank this hotel (largely down to staff attitude) as one of the best we have stayed in. Would definately recommend to friends and family.

All staff were fabulous on reception and the restaurant. Ruby on reception was lovely and deserves to be recognised for her helpful manner . Breakfast was a treat and again helpful restaurant staff .

The spa and patio area sadly lets the hotel down, it looks unloved and in dire need of a re-furb. Impossible to dry your hair, as hairdryer broken and tatty. Needs electric points to plug in straighteners. Chairs and loungers looked old with no cushions. Windows dirty. Such a shame as the area could be lovely with investment. Patio area had broken umbrellas and shabby furniture. Again spa staff were lovely and helpful though .

Excellent location easy to find with a pleasant drive way and large car park. All areas in the hotel had plenty of space and it never felt crowded. The restaurant was very comfortable. Breakfast is all self serving (apart from the few usual choices from the kitchen) with plenty of choice. And the evening meals we had were nicely presented. All staff were friendly and polite and nothing seemed too much trouble for them.

Not too keen on this idea of taking a £50 a night holding charge as well as taking our payment card on arrival. It makes checking out more confusing when trying to check everything we'd purchased. Also a disappointment was our key cards. They didn't work and 3 times we had to walk back to reception to get them set up - and we couldn't have been further from reception if they'd tried so a long walk. Even then only one card worked.

A relaxing place to spend a couple of days just outside Stratford. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices, a decent bar area for you to enjoy a more relaxed evening meal or a drink without using the restuarant. Whilst I did not use the hotel's facilities in terms of the Spa or the swimming pool, these seemed to be an added bonus for people spending some time there. The staff were attentive and helpful. A decent room size with a relaxing sofa included. Easy for parking with no additional charges.

Nothing at all. It met our expectations with respect to comfort, affordability, in terms of value for money and ease of access.

Check in was excellent, Ruby was very pleasant and extremely efficient, helping a number of times. The Spa was okay, the changing area was very clean and spacious, although there were children's swimming lessons taking place which restricted the space in the pool. Sauna and steam rooms / showers all very clean and good . Great selection for breakfast, and the bar staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The outside patio area could do with some TLC and a general tidy up. We booked dinner for the two nights , sadly on both evenings the experience was very disappointing . Especially on the Saturday evening, my tuna steak was not cooked and unfortunately I had to send it back, my wife ordered fish & chips, the fish was poor with hardly no batter and the chips were not cooked, how can you get this so wrong ? When we were asked, twice, if every thing was okay, we said "just and no not really" only to be given the same answer, oh good !! Clearly not actually taking note of our answers and going through the script - just asking the question as told to do, not taking any notice.

Convenient location for Stratford and Warwick. A very nice breakfast. Thoughtful dog treats and dog bed for my dog on arrival.

It would be helpful to have easier access to dog exercise area that has some lighting for when exercising my dog after dark. Also, as dogs are not allowed to be left unaccompanied in the room at any time, it is not easy to access the hotel spa facilities or food in the restaurant or to be able to have the breakfast buffet without having to put the dog in the car. It would be helpful if well behaved dogs could be allowed to stay in the room for a short time unaccompanied while the owners are using the hotel facilities, as they can then be contacted if there happens to be an issue with the dog.

This hotel has excellent facilities especially if you are a family group with children. As well as the pool there is also a games room and an excellent private cinema room that can be booked at a very reasonable price that also includes pop corn and sweets. Breakfast is very good and the evening meal in the restaurant was excellent. Staff are extremely good, very profesional and attentive and every hotel needs a Megan. Rooms are clean, well sized and well serviced but a little dated and plastic shower curtains that like to hug you is very retro.

In 2025 the tv reception in the rooms should not be intermittent.

It was great having a spa and restaurant on site. The children liked the pool and it was good that there were adults-only times too. The staff were exceptional and kind We had a few issues at check in because the adjoining rooms we’d been told we could have weren’t available and the deluxe rooms were inaccessible for buggies or wheelchairs. There was also some confusion with our spa treatment bookings that caused a bit of a rush. At first the reception staff suggested there was nothing that could be done. However the manager truly went above and beyond to fix the situation, and managed to arrange things so that the adjoining rooms we wanted were possible. She took very good care of us, even gifting the children. The spa manager also went above and beyond to facilitate our booking, taking on doing one of the treatments herself. We were very happy with how things turned out after a rocky start. A big thank you to the staff for all their help.

The location was on a main road which made access by public transport tricky. The hotel listing made it seem that this was a good option. We had to cross a very busy road with two small children which was nerve wracking. This wouldn’t be a problem if you were coming by car though. The pool area was absolutely freezing

We stayed for two nights with a 3 and 12 year old and barely left the hotel it was perfect. We have a slightly different half term to England so thus hotel was so quiet unsure what it would be like busy. Swimming pool was fantastic (heated 🤩) and was quiet so the kids could fully enjoy it. We then spent time in the grounds playing and in their games room which had a pool table, ping pong table, pac man and a small play room for the little one. Best of all was the cinema room which you can hire for 3 hours and you get sweets, popcorn and soft drinks. It’s exclusive hire so we booked before we arrived so we weren’t disappointed. The facilities were perfect for us and exceeded our expectations. In terms of the hotel the rooms were nice, beds comfortable and the whole hotel was very clean. The staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was lovely and we had an evening meal one night which was fab, huge portions! Would definitely recommend.

It was very quiet when we stayed so cannot comment on what it’s like busy.
