This was my first time at this facility. I was very pleasantly surprised by the location and the entire building infrastructure. The friendly service and professionalism of all the employees ensure the highest level of service. My sons really enjoyed the surroundings. My younger son loves nature and could play among the trees in peace. My older son, on the other hand, praised the quality of the beds. He woke up in the morning and said he felt rested. This was the first time in nine days, during which we slept in different accommodations every day.

What I didn't like was the rudeness and behavior of the previous guests. Specifically, outside my window, I could see trash thrown away by guests (socks, cosmetics packaging). Why do people have to behave in such a vulgar manner? The hotel's response exceeded my expectations.

I really enjoyed my stay at YHA Stratford upon Avon. The staff were really helpful, everywhere was clean and the facilities were brilliant. The food at the restaurant was nice and it was great that there was a bar on site. The lounge was comfortable and so were the beds even if when you turn over they rattle. Unfortunately I was on top bunk as all the bottoms were taken. The hostel is perfectly located for all the tourist attractions but just outside Stratford ion Avon, so it's peaceful too. I didn't have the breakfast so can't comment. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again if in the area.

Welcoming and comfortable setting with a bar, common room areas, snacks and friendly helpful staff. Bed in dormatory was clean and comfortable. Accomodation was clean and tidy and showers and WC's were in good order. The restaurant for breakfast was also good value for money and freshly cooked. Bus Route 15 from Stratford stops and picks up outside YHA at 13 minutes past the hour with a 10 minute journey to Stratford on Avon.

Decor in the common areas was a bit dated but perfectly suitable & functional in this Georgian Building.

Good, quiet, peaceful place. It is easily accessible yet isolated, so you can't hear a thing and the night of sleep was very peaceful. They don't provide towels but there are available for hiring for a couple pounds. Breakfast was good (standard full english). They also have a kitchen you can use if you want to cook yourself and a gaming room which I used to play table tennis and was really fun. A good budget option to spend the night if you're in the region. The staff was really nice as well.

Wi-Fi does not work on the upper floors, only near the reception area. Shower was a little bit small for me (but I'm a big person). Mattress was a little bit too on the soft side for me, but had a good night of sleep.

It was so clean considering it’s shared facilities. The amount of things provided for your use was astounding. A fully stocked kitchen for shared use. Fridges, freezers and even a storage room for your cooks boxes. Beautiful building and grounds. Lovely family atmosphere with plenty of safe spaces for children to play. Even on a rainy day there were indoor spaces galore filled with games and books. This was our first stay ever in a YHA, I will admit I had lots of preconceived ideas and every one was quashed. I don’t know why I found the idea of sharing shower rooms and loos so daunting but yet go camping and to leisure centres without a second glance. I’m converted and will definitely seek to become a regular guest

If I had to be picky at an absolute push I’d of liked a second pillow. But that is scrapping the barrel to look for something to fill in this box

What are the quintessential hostel stays for the YHA franchise. The place was amazing. From the laundry facilities to the drying rooms and the shared accommodation. Nearly everything was spotless including the showers, the bedrooms, and the kitchens. Dining was spacious and even included a terrace breeding outdoors. I felt like this was a massive step up beyond the traditional hostel and felt more like staying at a shared mansion near the historic Stratford upon Avon. I had such a great time that it was one of the highlights of my tour.

I can't comment because there was nothing I disliked about the place. Sure, it was a drive away from Stratford-upon-Avon, but it gave me great access to both the town and Coventry for a quick day trip.

Very friendly staff all around the house. The rooms were big enough and the outside is beautiful. I had the continental breakfast and there was plenty to choose from. I appreciate that you could open the window in the dorms to let in fresh air during the nights especially in summer.

The house could use some modernising but it is a wonderful old building. The dryer was broken so you could only air dry, which wasn't a problem to me but it might be for others who are on a tighter schedule.

Staff were all great to chat to and helpful. Bar and restaurant spot on Clean rooms with fresh white bedding Buffet hot breakfast with continental aswell, good choice and a well priced extra Definitely will be staying again Lots of seating outside in the well kept grounds which I enjoyed as a sole traveller, chatting with the other guests from different walks of life

Couple of the guests were up early and decided to move around the room like it was a disco. This wasn't really an issue but it's the only not so great thing I could think of as there litterallly is nothing else wrong with the place and I feel bad putting this but it asked me to write something

The staff were absolutely fabulous, very helpful and hardworking. The room was attractive. The shower was fine and clean. Breakfast was good.

I hadn't realised that it would have been helpful to take a padlock with me for the locker. Likewise, a reminder to take a towel would have been good. The main problems were about the people staying, eg. I had two snorers in the room, so no chance of a good sleep! Do a swerve dive past the veggie sausages: yuk!

Friendly staff at arrival. Not rushed. Liston. Nice to chat with. On the second night I used the restaurant. I was bit late but no trouble. Nice hot food. Lovely coffee. Friendly staff, caring . Clean room. Clean modern bunkbeds. Lovely shower. Clean throught The game room / lounge had goid quality games in. Wide selection of books to read and available to buy. Nice grounds
