This Hotel let itself down because of poor staff training. The staff were pleasant & willing enough but some aspects of customer service left a lot to be desired. The location was good, the parking excellent and the evening meal was good. The Breakfast appeared to offer choice but I opted for the omelette which was overcooked.

I couldn't use the WIFI anywhere in the Hotel. The staff were aware but no solution offered. There was no TV remote in my room. I reported this but no-one came back to me. The breakfast pots weren't cleared as I finished with them though staff had nothing else to do. I felt the real commitment to fundamental customer service was lacking throughout the whole operation which reflects badly on the management

Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of lovely bath products and towels. Enjoyed sitting in peaceful garden.

Hot day, so fans were proved but no air con. Not enough electric sockets. Wedding on in other part of hotel, so seemed to impact on food choice in bar at lunchtime as initially told we couldn't order anything as staff/chef were not available In the evening in the restaurant menu was disappointing. It seemed limited to frozen option recommendations and was mainly winter type comfort food for a summer's evening. Don't think menu had changed from April. Windows open in room at night caused some disturbance from wedding music. Front of house manager helpful. Bar staff and reception staff functional and not very smiley or accomodating. Definitely felt wedding guests were priority guests.

we had booked 2 rooms, initially as per the system allocation we got the rooms on different floors, we made a request to the Receptionist - Samantha if we could have two adjoining rooms and preferably with bath tubs in it. (my mum had been going on about have a long bath for the past week with her epsom salts and that she would be pampering herself) - Samantha - changed the rooms for us, giving us adjoining rooms and with bathtubs, we were really happy. Other than that the expectations were as we expected as my partner and I have stayed here before - so this was our second time.

Hotel internet connection. did not work. Very poor mobile signal too Room was ratherr too warm,- but dd have an opeing window Shower bath plug control not connect to plug so bath would not empty The web shows breakfast from 7:00 by arrangemment, 7;:30 and 8:00 very confusing for all Prearrangement for 7 by email and confirm by phone and on arrival was not passed to breakfast staff - but still they delivered an excellent breakfast at 7:00 and I manged to catch train! All minor issue -hopefully easily fixed

We were a party of 6 staying in 4 rooms visiting for the Christmas Market. The reception girls were particularly friendly and very helpful both before and after our arrival. The rooms are lovely, very comfortable and exceptionally. We had evening meal in the restaurant and the staff and food was exceptional. As it is Christmas they were very accommodating as I wanted to dress the table with crackers and funny hats. They didn’t rush us. The bar staff were very friendly as we were playing games in the conservatory. This was our 2nd visit and we will return hopefully in the Summer again. Snehal Lakhani should be proud of all of his staff.

It was a very beautiful hotel and a fantastic location as it was only a 10 minute drive into Stratford. The staff were all lovely and welcoming. Ahmed one of the staff members were so amazing. He came and checked on me and Mum several times and nothing was too much trouble. The room was nice and big and I have to say the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious

The only thing would be that we couldn’t charge any food or drink to our room we had to pay to go. Other than that, we had a great stay

Very warm rooms, so warm it was impossible to feel cold. 22C in room. 24C in shower room. So heating worked very well. Staff were friendly. Food was excellent in evening and lunchtime. Bar serving nice drinks. TV to watch sky and remote to choose channel, if you wanted, in bar area.

The eggs overcooked/rubbery, sausages undercooked. Even porridge was rushed (as seen from another table). Was served bread untoasted, then slightly toasted bread. The food quality of breakfast was good, just not prepared well.

Beautiful location. Great looking golf course. Loads of parking. Lovely receptionist and waitress at evening meal. The male staff could learn from the ladies! Room was a lovely size. The bath plug needs a maintenance person to look at it. Very little gap for water to flow away. Breakfast was good. Value for money - perhaps not! I would recommend to anyone. A nice place to stay.

Plug in the bath not raising very high Dust on pull out draw underneath the whicker basket containing cups/kettle etc. Room had noise intrusion at times. Better sound proofing required? Or was it just noisy people?

Staff warm, efficient, courteous, engaged. The surroundings (golf course, well managed, garden attractive in content and well maintained outside bar/lounge). Spacious bedroom, Extremely comfortable bed. Srupulously clean throughout

I hesitate to say this, and maybe we hit a bad day, but on the Saturday afternoon when we were there, the bar itself was full of the golf club members (absolutely fine) but I am afraid they were noisy with a lot (not a little) of prolonged f-ing and blinding. But there is a spacious extension lounge off the bar itself where hotel guests can go.

The hotel it's self was good, the staff was very pleasent.

We arrived on the Tuesday, our room was warm, with the radiators on. Same again on the Wednesday, but after radiators went of Wednesday evening, there was no further heat in our room. Radiators did not come on, at all after that. Also the radiators, in the corridor outside our room Was the same. The room was cold. We left on the Friday. . So no heating from the Wednesday evening through till Friday morning.
