Great location with a bus service into Stratford from right outside the hotel. The hotel was modern and clean. We enjoyed a swim in the pool and a bar meal in the evening. Would definitely recommend it!

From arrival to checkout everything about our stay was excellent. Property had ample parking, At reception we were welcomed by a very nice young lady who made the check in process of the usual routine information easy and without any holdups. We were given clear advice of how to find our room and was extremely happy to find a larger than usual room furnished with smart seating area and amazing comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean and great lighting. With really nice complementary toiletries and everything super clean. The facilities including spa area were lovely. Both bar area and restaurant were excellent and both had the high standard of staff members who were exceptionaly efficient and polite. Probably rank this hotel (largely down to staff attitude) as one of the best we have stayed in. Would definately recommend to friends and family.

This hotel has excellent facilities especially if you are a family group with children. As well as the pool there is also a games room and an excellent private cinema room that can be booked at a very reasonable price that also includes pop corn and sweets. Breakfast is very good and the evening meal in the restaurant was excellent. Staff are extremely good, very profesional and attentive and every hotel needs a Megan. Rooms are clean, well sized and well serviced but a little dated and plastic shower curtains that like to hug you is very retro.

In 2025 the tv reception in the rooms should not be intermittent.

It was great having a spa and restaurant on site. The children liked the pool and it was good that there were adults-only times too. The staff were exceptional and kind We had a few issues at check in because the adjoining rooms we’d been told we could have weren’t available and the deluxe rooms were inaccessible for buggies or wheelchairs. There was also some confusion with our spa treatment bookings that caused a bit of a rush. At first the reception staff suggested there was nothing that could be done. However the manager truly went above and beyond to fix the situation, and managed to arrange things so that the adjoining rooms we wanted were possible. She took very good care of us, even gifting the children. The spa manager also went above and beyond to facilitate our booking, taking on doing one of the treatments herself. We were very happy with how things turned out after a rocky start. A big thank you to the staff for all their help.

The location was on a main road which made access by public transport tricky. The hotel listing made it seem that this was a good option. We had to cross a very busy road with two small children which was nerve wracking. This wouldn’t be a problem if you were coming by car though. The pool area was absolutely freezing

We stayed for two nights with a 3 and 12 year old and barely left the hotel it was perfect. We have a slightly different half term to England so thus hotel was so quiet unsure what it would be like busy. Swimming pool was fantastic (heated 🤩) and was quiet so the kids could fully enjoy it. We then spent time in the grounds playing and in their games room which had a pool table, ping pong table, pac man and a small play room for the little one. Best of all was the cinema room which you can hire for 3 hours and you get sweets, popcorn and soft drinks. It’s exclusive hire so we booked before we arrived so we weren’t disappointed. The facilities were perfect for us and exceeded our expectations. In terms of the hotel the rooms were nice, beds comfortable and the whole hotel was very clean. The staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was lovely and we had an evening meal one night which was fab, huge portions! Would definitely recommend.

It was very quiet when we stayed so cannot comment on what it’s like busy.

Good location, just outside of Stratford. Big room, suitable for the 4 of us. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were fine. The gym and pool suited our needs too. Breakfast was good, as was dinner in the bar. The games room was a nice addition too - the kids loved Pac Man. Upon check out, when I mentioned the two issues I had in the room, the member of staff was apologetic and offered us a discount which was not necessary but was a lovely gesture.

The shower didn’t work properly (too hot, and variable with little/no temperature control. The bedside lamps on one side of the double didn’t work - not a huge thing but a nice thing to have. Saturday morning breakfast was so busy food was running out and the staff struggled to replenish it quickly enough (but they did their best!) and it was tough to get anyone’s attention to ask for things that weren’t available.

Nice clean room, plenty of towels and bottled water. Good facilities with a pool and towels available to use which is great. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of hot and cold to choose from.

Children can only go in the pool between certain times which made it a little busy. The reception desk at check in was very busy and the single staff member seemed stressed because she was alone and came across as a little rude. The bar food was ok, but I wouldn’t eat there again. All the burgers were drenched in a cheap runny cheese sauce which was unpleasant. The hot dessert was lukewarm. Games room was disappointing - the ping pong equipment were worn (sides of the bats flapping around and ball cracked). The pool table was always taken by other guests and there was little else in there. Could do with more activities or games.

What a great place. The staff here are really friendly, on arrival, we were greeted by Ruby, beaming smile & nothing was a problem for her. I must say though, I'm a really light sleeper, and when I book anywhere i try and ring and request a quiet room if possible prior to my arrival and it was Megan who i got through to, and thanks to her, she helped me get one, such a lovely person and very helpful, a real asset to the team , I had a really comfortable & quiet nights sleep. The bed was so comfy, it was difficult to get up the next day, Breakfast was another winner as well, plenty to choose from, fresh coffee and again, more friendly staff. I have to say as well the pool was great , sauna & steam room although small, was just what was needed after a hard day.

Absolutely nothing, well ok, maybe a mains sockets next to the bed, but that wasn't a massive issue. I had a charger lead long enough, but really can't wait to return again.

Any staff encountered with lovely. Breakfast was nice and as you would expect - bonus points for the lovely man who reassured us that the chef does not mix the meat with the veggie options. A lovely pot of tea or coffe straight from the kitchen when we walked in. The spa was the real reason we came. The sauna and steam room were lovely. The pool was practically empty on the weekdays. Lovely long opening hours and lovely warm robes and clean towels. Spent whole days there. Hotel is also very close to Stratford-upon-Avon and we had a quick drive down and a lovely stroll through the town. Cleaners also did an excellent job. Our room was super fresh each day. Parking was free and plentiful.

For a 4*, I did expect a fridge in the room (though they did say they didn't have one in the description, I could have read it better before booking). Spa treatments were quite pricey so we didn't book any. Limited amenities in the bathroom.

Went with my 11 year old son because I'd seen the hotel facilities online. He loved every second of our overnight stay from the moment we arrived. We booked the Cinema Room, used the Games Room, played the Garden Chess and went Swimming. He has asked if we can go back as it would be even better in the summer as the grounds were lovely. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Food was delicious too ... we had dinner on the evening in the restaurant and breakfast the next morning. We will 100% be back to stay and have recommended to friends who have children.
