The view from Las Brisas is unrivaled the world over. It is simply stunning. The entire staff makes you feel like family. Chief Concierge Rogelio Ramirez could not be more wonderful. He, like everyone else, consistently did everything possible to make us feel welcome and at home. Bellavista restaurant is very romantic, and the food and service were exceptional. In fact, every service opportunity we experienced was exceptional, from room service to our visits to the Beach Club and the Sunset Bar. Las Brisas is a very special place and the entire staff love sharing their infectious love of Acapulco and Las Brisas. Well done and Thank You!

Beautiful views from every location The rooms were spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, the sheets were crisp and smelled like they had been line dried. Having fresh coffee,fruit and pastries delivered every morning. Having sweet or savory bites delivered every evening. The private beach club; being able to swim in the bay. The restaurant La Bella Vista food was fantastic. The staff was professional and friendly

It is not walking friendly. We needed a ride to go anywhere whether it was the property jeeps or the shuttle to the beach club or a taxi to get anywhere else

The staff was terrific, helpful, professional, and always trying to help with any request. The views from the casita were fantastic; we have our private pool. Felt secure in the location, with 24-hour front desk personnel and room service. This is our 4th time here and we plan to come back next year. Great for relaxing and resting. We highly recommend the SPA, excellent service by Jose Luis and Edith.

The room and pool may need a few upgrades, but we overlooked that due to the great service and wonderful veiws.

I always love a weekend at Las Brisas. The view is unbeatable as is the privacy of the private pools that most of the rooms have. Also I love that there are electric car chargers when I drive my plug in hybrid from CDMX.

The menu for the restaurant and room service could use some updates. Almost all options are filled with bread and sugar. They have strong traditions since the 50s but there could be updates made without breaking the 1950s vibe. I don’t think serving sugary bread with every meal is doing any of the poolside guests any favors trying to maintain their summer bodies. Also some coffee options other than “cafe de cafetera” would be nice.

My recent stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. this is not my first time, I love going to this place. In my last stay, From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the level of service, comfort, and attention to detail provided by the hotel. The room was not only clean and beautifully appointed but also incredibly comfortable and even had special decoration for my honey moon. It felt like a home away from home. The staff's hospitality was outstanding, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The dining experience was a highlight as well. The hotel's restaurant offered a delightful array of dishes, and I was particularly impressed by the quality of the food and the courteous service from the staff. I want to express my gratitude to the entire team at [Hotel Name] for making my stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. Hotel Las Brisas Acapulco is an exceptional experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel truly cared for and at home. The stunning views from the restaurant and pools, combined with the hotel’s timeless 50’s vibe, add to its unique charm. The food is fantastic, and you can enjoy a delicious meal through room service while taking in the ocean breeze from your balcony. A truly magical place.

Amazing views, friendly staff, very nice beach club... Kind of old but clean rooms, coffee in the morning it's a very nice touch, great sunset bar (get there as soon as it openes its getting busy fast), recommended for couples for sure...

Transportation up&down can be tricky sometimes also it can be difficult and expensive to go anywhere from Brisas...

Staff was always available and very friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed. They worked around my need and that was very important for me.

Shame they didn't had a entertainment bar where you could dance or a activity room where you could play pool. After day 3 we got board and had to leave to town to explore a little.

Peace and quiet! Looking at the Bay below. Also, the fact that we backed up to some greenery, like a jungle.

The room was not very clean after two days a second made wash the floor and it was solid mud. Looks like it was gray when it was actually shades of black and gray.

The view is incredible, we had a private pool, they brought breakfast to our room and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a couple of margaritas. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the beach club was absolutely incredible. The food at the restaurant was delicious and then there’s a bar near the top of the complex to view the sunsets in Acapulco Bay.
