Convenient location. Exceptionally clean throughout the entire property. Staff was very friendly - from the front desk staff, to those working in food service, and housekeeping. Pam was immensely helpful and accommodating (of our phone request prior to our arrival) to place our two rooms adjacent to one another, so our family could be together. Rooms were quiet and bedding comfortable. Kelly and Hannah at front desk were prompt and helpful as well.

Our only glitch was the alarm on the clock had been left on by the prior guest, so we had an unexpected 6 am alarm wake us a couple of hours earlier than we had hoped on our first morning. But that really wasn’t the property’s mistake. But perhaps housekeeping might check the clock when turning the room and make sure the alarm is in the OFF position. But that was really not that critical.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was peaceful and centrally located for the venue we attended in the area. Great shopping options with a variety of restaurants in the area made it a good stay as well. My husband and I enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast at the Inn with the different varieties for hot and cold options offered. When we checked in and went up to our suite, we were initially disappointed that it was not the suite that I saw in the photos for what I booked. We went down to speak to the staff about it, showing him the photo of the room I had initially wanted, and he quickly apologized and switched us to the suite I had expected upon booking. That suite met every expectation and was quite clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating, making sure we were satisfied and pleased with our stay.

We Would like it if you could add real butter to your condiments options. Also, would appreciate consistency with meals being served hot as opposed to lukewarm. One last thing. While we loved our King suite, with living room area, the bedroom faced the front of the building to the left, where a very large street light shines brightly into the room, which may be a deterrent for anyone wishing to stay on lower floor levels of the Inn.

Breakfast was excellent. As was the happy hour drinks and snacks in the evening. "Snacks" is an understatement. We didn't need to look for dinner elsewhere after enjoying happy hour. Rooms were very nice; clean and comfortable. Overall, the facilities overall were quite nice. Clearly either new or recently remodeled, as finish work was still being done ont he exterior. All the staff that we dealt with were friendly, helpful and pleasant. My wife and I were quite pleased with our stay.

As we were in Arnold for the 2024 eclipse, we were caught in post-eclipse traffic and weren't able to get back to the hotel in time for happy hour on our second night.

We had a great time the rooms were clean staff went above and beyond... they had free popcorn and we got a great dinner and drinks included. They have a fountain machine that made it great for not having to go to the store a million times.. and breakfast was amazing.. kids loved the inside outside pool and hot tub they will never forget it and beds were so soft and perfect definitely going to book this one again

Exceptional breakfast. Evening kickback snack made a great light supper and was a pleasant surprise. The afternoon popcorn snack was a nice surprise and the popcorn was excellent. Free sodas was nice. The friendliness of the staff, especially Pam made our stay special.

Our king size bed was not the best, a little noisy and not as comfortable as it could have been. Not bad, but could have been better.

I really liked the location because not necessarily in the hustle and bustle of the city St Louis but was easily accessible to all the Six Flags, the zoo, and grants farm. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very nice and accommodating to all our needs. I love the fact that the hotel includes daily breakfast and dinner for the whole entire stay.

We love that they do the 5:30 kickback with free drinks but unfortunately we missed it this time. I love that we got to check in at a later time. I love the complimentary breakfast and toiletries And body care stuff they provide to their guests.

I wish the pool stayed open longer. Our room didn't come with trash bags, and we were only provided 3 pillows per bed for 4 guests.

Window for drinks/food of an evening is not long enough, especially on the weekend. The soda machine was shut down each night, so the only option was a $4 bottle of soda. The breakfast was just so so. Not super hot or that great. Basic double queen rooms were over $200 per night.

I gave this hotel this highest rating based on their exceptional customer service. On this vacation, we stayed in 3 hotels. This hotel stood out because of their exceptional customer service. From the front desk, to the ladies working in the breakfast area, they all greet you and are very friendly. The location is right off the highway so easy access to everything, the breakfast bar was your typical Biscuits/gravy, pancakes and eggs. We didn’t use the swimming pool but we did use the fitness room that had enough machines to get the job done. The beds were comfy and we all got a good nights rest. Any hotel should provide these amenities but the staff by far gave the best customer service so we we stay here again.

The room was clean, the water was nice and hot with great pressure...the bed was comfy and I didn't wanna get up ...the snacks and adult beverages were enjoyable..the breakfast really hit the spot
