I booked the stay with Bookng.com, I was not supposed to be charged anything until next month. The person working the desk charged my account the full amount, and overdrafted my checking account. So I guess I won't be using Booking.com again because it didn't work. Please make sure you know that my booking was messed up. I don't want to be charged from Booking.com also, because it didn't work the way I planned. Not your fault.

We loved everything , pool was a nice temp not too cold at all. Breakfast was wonderful many options to choose from and my kids loved the waffle maker. The place is very clean everywhere. Very happy with the service.

Well there was a big couple of buses of teenage kids that ran us out of the pool the last night because they were too rowdy for my girls. But that was not the hotel fault. We still had a lot of fun. My son is a teenager he fit right in lol

Location was perfect! We were 20-25 minutes away from all main attractions in St Louis. It was nice to leave the busy city and relax in peace and quite at the hotel. Having all the food options across the street was awesome along with a CVS next door, couldn't have asked for more.

Pool area was way too hot and humid. Couldn't breath in there for long. Had to go outside for fresh air. Ice machine was broke on the second floor so we had to go down to floor 1 for ice. I reported it but they never put an out of order sign on it. The floor was not vacuumed prior to us arriving but I asked them to come do it and they did it right away.

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Nice pool.

The elevator wasn’t working. Not complaining as they scheduled a repair but couldn’t come until Monday. They offered us rooms on main floor but we wanted adjoining rooms as we had 4 children with us. So we chose to use the stairs.

The pool did not look appealing, all metal was very rusted. The rooms were small, would not be comfortable for a large family like mine for an extended period of time.

The price was a little bit higher for just a two nights stay! It was noisy! kids running up and down the hallway making terrible noise and keeping us awake! but that’s on the parents, not the hotel!

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! We even enjoyed the small walking trail behind the hotel and the Mexican restaurant next door! Downtown easily accessible.

Breakfast was excellent every morning with plenty of selection. Indoor pool was a great bonus! Staff was always friendly. Location was convenient.

No complaints. Maybe a few more towels in the room for a family of 5.

Susie at the front desk is delightful; she is friendly, helpful, and cheerful. The motel is easy to find, has nice landscaping, and is clean and attractive. There are plenty of clean towels and washcloths, and the shower is strong.

Our sink drained very, very slowly. The breakfast items (omelets, sausage, and potatoes) were quite bland.

The older gentleman that checked me in at midnight went above and beyond. He walked me to my room because the keys weren’t working and was extremely kind & patient.
