Very adequate. I really liked that juice and milk were available during the day and evening. That is a great touch. Fresh towels each day and trash removal were appreciated.

Toilets need to be replaced with higher ones. Make appendages tend to get wet when sitting on the toilet. Water is too high for such a low toilet. I avoid hotels with toilets like these.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Desert Inn in West Yellowstone and had an excellent experience. The room was clean and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The hotel's location is perfect, as it is very near to the Yellowstone National Park entrance, making it extremely convenient for park visits. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Yellowstone.

Very nice room. Roomy, cozy, had everything we needed. Very clean, comfortable beds, breakfast was great. Real bacon, eggs, waffles, biscuits gravy, and everything else you might want. Heated tile in the bathroom. Luxurious thick soft towels. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Highly highly recommend if you’re in Jackson Wyoming!

We felt that the staff and workers went beyond being just friendly - they made us feel very comfortable! Everything we needed was at our disposal! The location is perfect for seeing the park, shopping and seeing friendly people! We will be back frequently and recommend the stay to the rest of our family. We had a wonderful stay!!

As far as our needs - we were spoiled at the neatness and availability of: A. Washer/Dryer B. Swimming Pool C. Breakfast D. Clean towels every day E. Smiles and good attitude of workers - The only thing was parking space. But when you are as good as you are, we can't imagine staying anywhere else!

Breakfast was amazing, so many options. All the staff were great! We would stay here again. Great place. It's right by the entrance to Yellowstone, walk to the shops, walk to the grizzly wolf center, the museum, imax, resturants, shops just perfect!

Location is excellence. Close to the national park. Very conveniences due to this hotel is in the middle of town. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and housekeeping was excellence services.

Please fix the dryer in the third floor due to it’s out of order since I had checked in and still out of order when I checked out. Breakfast should change varieties of hot dish every 2-3 days. Stay for 5 days with the same types of breakfast was quite boring.

The rooms were so clean and our beds were so comfortable after long days of adventure. We enjoyed the location where we could walk through the shops and meet park staff and other travelers. We will definitely stay here again on our future visits.

The conscientious workers. They worked hard to keep things clean and organized.

No good place for toileting the dog. Our hallway smelled odd almost like stale food or mildew. It was near the swimming pool windows above the pool.

The location was spot on right on the main road to all shopping. Great friendly staff clean rooms. Beautiful view from our windows.

The first day there wasn't much for breakfast but after that there was more and more each day.

Extra large rooms. We got Queen beds instead of double beds. So, had a good quality sleep. Breakfast was excellent! So many varieties. Best place to stay in West Yellowstone region. Easy access to Yellowstone Park. Would definitely recommend this place for others.

Room should have an exhaust fan in rest room. Exterior door is open for everyone. It should only allow members who have the active key card.
