Property in a good location. Clean and spacious lobby area.

Lots of construction going on and 1st and 2nd floor rooms not available because of “Deep Cleaning” so that was worrisome to us. Our 4th floor room was fine and nice size but air conditioning was hit or miss - we felt damp while sleeping while air going on and off.

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do the next day. We went to Huguenot state park which was relatively close by.

Overall everything was great. The only complaint I have is that I wish the pool area had stayed open later. We wanted to take a swim in the pool and dip in the hot tub but it all closed at dusk and we didn’t get checked into our room until about 8:00.

Front desk person (looks like Clay Aiken) was great & accommodating. The room was clean, soft pillows, daughter loved pool & hot tub. The cafe had great food & portions for the value. The male server was friendly and provided great service. Housekeeping personnel were also friendly & quick to resolve room issues.

First room assigned the window shades didn't work, second room assigned had only 1 bed then 3rd room the phone didn't work. Fortunately Clay Aiken lookalike provided us free breakfast vouchers. The female cafe server was not friendly & seemed not wanting to be there. She intentionally tried to ignore me as I was trying to get her attention while she was eating a bag of chips( unprofessional).

I didn't get chance to eat breakfast due to me being so comfortable and not being able to get out the bed.We had to leave to get back to South Carolina. I enjoyed the staff and how good they treated us our whole stay,I definitely will be returning

I loved everything about my stay. I didn't like that I had to leave it was so relaxing and peaceful

The staff. Melanie at the front desk was amazing. She is definitely a people person. She made sure me & my family were well taken care of. She is awesome. Also, I hope I get his name right, Cliff was very nice to. Our bathtub would not drain so he let us shower in the room next door. Again I will definitely be back to stay again. They even gave us a complimentary breakfast do to our inconvenience.

Room was relatively clean. I did notice crumpled up paper under the bed. I did like the lotion bottle on the bathroom wall, it smelled nice. The staff was very pleasant and friendly.

One of the elevators stopped working so we wound up taking the stairs.

Front Desk Mr. Cliff and Staff working with us during the big internet shut down. Manually checking us in and walking us to our rooms. Keeping their kool in the mist of a lot of stress.

We didn’t stay for breakfast, but I grab coffee on the go it was great.

One of the beds weren’t up to par , I call and they change the room immediately . As you entered the room you see your name on the TV welcome . It was cozy

The room was so nice and clean. All of rhe staff was very friendly. It was honestly the best experience in a hotel I've ever had and I'm 71 years old!
