Tyler on checking so efficient and friendly. He provided allot of needed information well. Lobby was nice, no waiting. Room was nice.. bd comfortable. Breakfast good. Did not have evening food. Looked good though. Had dinner plans. Don’t drink alcohol. Check out was smooth.

The La Quinta very close by and across the street on the corner was horrible! Homeless people sleeping by the front door and around grounds. First thing you see when you turn to go to Drury. Thanks for a well lit parking lot and front door locked at night.

this is our favorite hotel to stay while in Las Cruces. This was first time with a room on first floor. it had a plus side to this as there was no need to wait for elevator, the ice machine was at end of hall and breakfast/kick back hourwas right around corner. But downside was our room was directly across the maintenance room and it there was loud noises coming from maintenance room all day. Good thing bed was comfy!

was not aware of new change of no coffee makers in rooms. we enjoy having a cup while in pjs before heading out to breakfast.we were advised that next time we stay, we can request a maker for room. will do that next visit.

Breakfast was delicious. Eggs, meat, potatoes, salsas, tortillas. Cereals, breads, muffins. Yogurt, juices, delicious lemon water. Evenings they offered "sidekicks" and beverages. This was a complete surprise. I will always look for a Drury Hotel when I visit from now on. The staff were fantastic. I accidently left my medication behind in the refrigerator. I called the reception desk and they held it for me. We had to travel 100 miles to retrieve it and they held it for me and asked for ID which is always a plus with me.

Everything was fantastic.

There are so many things to list here. First, the hotel staff was amazing. From the counter clerks to the bartender, everyone made us feel special and welcomed. The breakfast included a wide variety of hot and cold options. Everything was delicious and there was plenty of available seating. We didn't partake of the evening offerings, but the complementary drinks were a wonderful bonus. And we were able to purchase water and snacks in the little "market" adjacent to the front desk. Our 2-queen-bed room was very clean and spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything in the room worked as it should, including the wi-fi, and the shower offered instant hot water. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would stay there again.

Our room faced the highway, and it was rather noisy. But having the fan on during the night took care of the noise. During our first night, children of the guests directly above us ran around the room constantly for a full 2 hours. That was rather distracting, although we chose not to report it. The second evening was nice and quiet. The only other thing I noticed was that the bathroom tile grout could benefit from a good cleaning. Everything else was spotless!

Overall, the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The beds were great, as was the in room coffee and other amenities. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of hot and cold choices. Although we did not partake of the evening food as one of us is diabetic with specific needs, we thoroughly enjoyed the evening drinks. The front counter staff was stellar, as was every hotel employee we encountered. They were all extremely kind and helpful and made us feel like valued guests

The guest noise from the room directly above us for over 2 hours the first night. Children were constantly running, I think. The highway noise was also distracting, although having the room fan on minimized it. And the bathroom tile grout needs to be cleaned. You can see where it is clean under the sink and dirty in high traffic areas.

The staff at check in was super. We had driven all day from Dallas, Tx but arrived after the kick back had closed but the lady said she still had a few items left over and we were so grateful. The check in was fast and efficient. The morning breakfast was great, had a great variety to choose from. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was easily accessible and safe. Would definitely stay there again.

There wasn't a real good place to walk our dog, but that was understandable due to the location.Outstandin

I liked the friendly staff working there. The light dinner and drink service in the early evening was my favorite perk at this hotel. It was so nice not to have to find a restaurant after a long day of driving. The breakfast in the morning was good too. I liked that breakfast ended at 9:30 rather than 9:00 like most other places. The room was comfortable and spacious and the beds were comfy.

I didn't like how we could hear the doors slam as guests in other rooms left or entered their rooms.

First time at this Drury Inn, have stayed in many others in the past but this one in Las Cruces may be our favorite. So clean and comfortable! And the free dinner buffet was all ‘regional’ with red and green chile, tortillas and great tortilla soup. Friendly staff, cheerful atmosphere, and all in all a top notch experience.

We were traveling to get an outpatient surgery for my husband. I contacted the hotel the morning of our scheduled arrival to see if we could have an early check-in as my husband would need a place to rest after awaking from that procedure. The hotel rep told me immediately that our room would be ready as soon as we left the hospital...I have other hotels that check-in didn't happen til 3:00 not matter what!

Love the whole experience!

The staff members were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and dinner foods were fresh and delicious.

There were some stains on the couch that made us feel like the room was not as clean as it should be. Our room faced the highway and the traffic was loud all night long, which made sleeping less than peaceful.
