On 2 of the 7 days we were there our room did not receive housekeeping services. This apparently happened because we didn't leave our room for the day until 10 to 11 am and until then had our do not disturb sign on the door. We were told at the front desk that probably the staff saw the sign and didn't check again later to see if it had been removed. (We removed it when we left.) The front desk staff were not sure why the room was missed. What would be helpful is a notice for guests explaining what time the sign would have to be removed so that housekeeping would then service the room that day. With the exception of this problem (and the sometimes slow internet), everything worked out very well for us at your hotel and we will have already made reservations for a return visit.

First floor under renovation. Not really a "not like" it did not affect our stay. We were on a renovated floor and the improvements are awesome! Some very minor issues with the renovated room which always happens with a major renovation like this. The staff/management were on the issues and addressing them as they came up.

I initially rented 3 rooms for 3 people. Before the close date, I cancelled one room for one person. All this was done by phone with Booking.com and confirmed. When I got to the hotel, they couldn't find the recent changes, but I gave them a copy of my confirmation, and all was settled. Could have been awkward if they did not have rooms available, but they did, so they were able to accommodate us.

It met our expectations for the purpose of our stay.

The staff message me to confirm my rooms will be close together, but then did not fulfill that expectation and then tried to make it seem like it was not a promise they made and I should have known better. This is the reason for the markdown above. Corporate was able to resolve the situation by giving me points towards my next stay.

The front doors would lock after a certain hour. I was packing my car for an early departure, and when I went back through the front entrance, I had to wait until staff walked by to open the door. I didn't have my key on me. But if I was told when checking in, it could have been easily prevented

I felt the staff was very helpful. The room I had the first night really wasn't in good shape. Probably should have evaluated the plumbing more carefully before receiving customers. The shower hot-cold/on-off faucet was working poorly. Had to play around with the faucet to get hot and cold and also to turn on and off. I thought I'd mention it at the end of my stay, but after the first night when I got back from sight-seeing sewage had backed up into the bathroom sink. When I brought the second issue to the attention of the staff at the front desk, they immediately upgraded me and took the room out of service for repairs. I was satisfied with the response of the hotel staff. Second room was nice. No issues with that room.

See above - basically, should check the rooms to make sure all are in good condition for renting.

Had reservations went to check in at 4:00 pm. Check in is at 3:00 pm. They said my room was not ready and would have to wait. Had plans at 5:00pm. At 4:30 ask how much long they then gave me another room. Really don't know why the couldn't have done that in the first place.

I was there because my husband had major surgery. The only thing that could have been better wasthe availability of substantial snacks. By the time I returned to the hotel, I was too tired to look further and too hungry to forgo eating. The choices were candy, popcorn and chips.

This hotel is close to almost everything there is to do in Las Cruces. Check in was fast and easy. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Even my husband who is not a real breakfast person had the sausage and eggs.

The facility was clean and desk clerk was really nice. The facility was pet friendly.

The electricity went out only on our floor and it was hot. Problem was solved before we returned for the night.
