Good stay - clean, and comfortable. They had a decent breakfast menu in place.

I think the breakfast server was new. She ran out of and we waited for coffee, then eggs, & then when the eggs came the sausage was out, etc. Eggs were frozen in the middle yet when they did come out and we were able to microwave them. Other than that - I would stay there again when passing through and hope for improved hot breakfast.

Every single staff person (front desk, breakfast staff and housekeeping) was super friendly, accommodating and professional. Fantastic location! Very nice, clean, indoor pool and hot tub! Many breakfast choices, with real half-n-half for coffee, available 24 hours.

I didn’t like that they did not come clean the room daily, only every 3 days. I like to be pampered when on vacation.

The facility was approximately half way between the Arts District of downtown Las Cruces and that of the historic community of Mesilla.

We happened to time our arrival in southern New Mexico with two days of furious light snows and some exceedingly chilly temperatures. This was completely unanticipated/unexpected by us.

The room was clean and comfortable. Good choices for breakfast, both hot and cold.

The jacuzzi was lukewarm. We were told the temperature could not be raised. We’ve stayed at many Comfort Inns, several as long as a week, and have had nice, hot water in each jacuzzi. The restrooms on the ground floor near dining and the pool were closed causing inconvenience when kids needed to use the restroom. The washer and dryers were a gouging $5 each.

A full aray of choices - you did not have the same thing every day. The person in the breakfast area was exceptional helpful and courteous. The WHOLE STAFF exceeded any service we have seen in 15 years. Excellent customer service. This always a smile, friendly conversation, upbeat.

There were a couple tiny fixture things that did not impead anything. TP holder was loose. The toilet took me two flushes unless you hit the handle just right. Always cleared but almost always I had to try a second time. The parking options were ok. There are NO PARKING AREAS ANYWHERE in the world anymore for large F250 type trucks. Not specific to this hotel - we just drive a large vehicle.

Great overnight stay. The staff were exceptional in every way. Leticia (Leti) who checked me in was an above and beyond kind of person, super friendly and hospitable and quick to answer (or find the answer to) any questions I had. Carlos who, I believe, was the maintenance person was also extremely kind and helpful. On check-out, Hetal was equally incredible, as was B. who was cleaning the dining area. They were all so engaging and understand what great customer service is all about: kindness. Incredible staff. Clean rooms and facilities and quiet stay.

Everything was great. No complaints. Can't think of anything.

Accommodations and staff were great. Rooms are fairly large and very clean. Location was great. Too bad we came in really late. Would have loved to try the winery/pizza place across the street. Breakfast offerings were ok. They do allow pets, however I am so ashamed of those who do not pick up after their pets that leave their dogs poo in front and the side of the hotel. It's people who are disrespectful of property that can ruin it for those (pets-no, charge a higher cleaning fee, etc.)that do the right thing. So people clean up after your pets.

That the guests were disrespectful of property by not picking up after their pets. At check in, the if everhotel should give guest poop bags. Hint hint hint.

I drive between Phoenix and Dallas several times a year. The Comfort Inn at La Mesilla is my favorite place to stay. It's like a short vacation. Great hotel and great location. I look forward to staying there.

Pet fee - $35 per pet - is higher than typical. It's not a deal breaker but it does seem high. I travel with 2 small well behaved dogs so the fee does add up.

Breakfast was good, staff was exceptional and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Extra comforts like a sofa and chair were great. Lighting was good. Parking was easy.

Bathroom door was warped and frame left gaps. Entry door locks had been repaired until they were quirky but funtional. Curtains had a gap when closed that required a clip to keep closed. The refrigerator was noisy and damaged but also worked. All minor issues in themselves but made room seem in need for repairs.

We like this pet friendly hotel. We normally stay here on our trips from Texas to California. The hotel is located close to I10 and restaurants. It is clean and comfy. There is a clean outdoor area for the dogs to walk.

The receptionist was kind of rude.
