As requested, we were provided with a first-floor room. When we got to our room, it did not have a working microwave or a refrigerator. I forget who was helping us that night, but she was very, very helpful in getting us another room. The new room was more spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of parking. All of the staff we encountered were very, very kind, and check-out in the morning was very easy. The location was very good for us.

Very well presented budget hotel but nicely renovated. The rooms are fairly large with very firm beds, for a comfortable night rest. Pillows are also firm for maximum comfort. Very clean and presentable room!

Heater / air conditioner room doesn’t seem to work properly, shower head too low for a tall person and diverted valve is stuck open making it difficult to shower. It is noted that Breakfast was included as a package but reportedly could not be served due to broken refrigerator. Staff reports it was “ complementary “ so had no obligation fulfill.

Breakfast was great and the woman who worked in the breakfast area, was fabulous, professional, helpful,friendly and went beyond for us. We needed change for the laundry and she gave us quarters out of her own pocket for our laundry!!! She wouldn’t take our money for the quarters and said “ Pay it forward”. Such an impressive employee you have there!!! And she not only did a great job in the breakfast area and delivering towels to rooms, but later, we also saw her cleaning rooms! Amazing, hard working woman! Please reward her!

The man at the desk was mostly grumpy, at least at first approach. Later, I asked for towels and he had them up at the desk while we were eating breakfast. He was helpful, but could he smile more? Maybe that’s asking too much.

Very comfortable room with all the usual amenities, nothing was missing. I also liked that I could keep it really cool during the night, which is important to me for a good sleep. Friendly check-in as well.

I was very disappointed that the pool was empty so unusable. I understand sometimes maintenance might be needed, but it would have been nice to know this up front. Also there were some stains on some of the sheets. Since they were the top sheets I didn't mind too much, but I've seen this complaint mentioned more often here in reviews so apparently this feedback hasn't been followed up on.

It was right off of the freeway and easy to get in and out of. Plenty of places to eat around it.

There were some stains on our comforter on the bed. There was only 1 full-size pillow on the bed. The rest were very small, and the bed felt very lumpy, like there were some springs broken in it. Finally, I dont know if you can handle this, but there was a homeless guy hanging out by the entrance, and he would make my wife feel uncomfortable when she went outside to smoke.

The room was large and comfortAble.

That they kept my cash deposit of 100$ saying I smoked in my room because they saw butts in the trash and I had my window open. I will be taking this to corporate for help becuz I was not smoking in my room I smoked outside when I took my dogs out and I brought the butt back to put in my jar. Sometimes I dont smoke the whole cig and bring it back to be put in my jar for later.. there is going to be smell of cigs cuz of my clothes and the jar . And a window open? As I told them I love the fresh morning air and my pups love to look out the window and smell the air. I am homeless. I had some money saved for this kind of emergency. I am not able to get a room anywhere cuz I depending on that 100$ coming back to me

Very friendly and helpful staff . Free breakfast and speedy delivery service if I needed anything from the front desk.

It needs a revamp of its existing facilities to make it pop but very nice hotel. The pool needs maintenance.

Nothing. This location is under remodel but we were very pleased with the courteous staff and their helpfulness.

Breakfast was supposed to be provided, but there was NONE. Not enough outlets in room...difficult to charge electronic devices

The door to our room was The EASIEST Door to open & close by my husband himself since he had the stroke. Doors are way to heavy & don’t stay open
