Very quiet location. Easy off/on I-10. Room was very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom w/shower was great. Breakfast was very good. Lots of parking. Lots of restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Narrow hallways with warped carpeting. Carpeting is old and should be replaced in the hallways; carpet in room was ok but should be replaced with wood planks. Floor in elevator is VERY dirty; should be replaced or CLEANED. Seemed to be a shortage of staff; would suggest Manager help out rather than sitting around working his cell phone in the lobby.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The towels were a nice size. There is an elevator so we didn't need to struggle with our luggage (they had a rolling cart, too). There is a pool and laundry facilities onsite. Breakfast included waffles, cold cereal, yogurt, bagels / bread / muffins, juice, coffee / tea (but I had to search out the tea), and hardboiled eggs.

We had issues with the TV - has to fool around with it in order to tune channels in. There is a bit of wear and tear to the property. The breakfast items were on three different counters in the breakfast room. The only fresh fruit was apples.

good budget hotel, safe, clean enough, no offensive odours. no frills facilities but at this price you aren't expecting anything fancy anyway. i don't have insane standards, and i'm working when i travel typically. just need steady wifi, relative safety for a solo traveller, a hot shower, and no pests. this hotel fit the bill. staff were great, free breakfast (nothing crazy but it's free food), free parking, safe location. was billed exactly what i saw on the website, no sneaky hidden charges like other hotels in the area.

bath products seemed to be mixed up (i had two shampoo and one body wash, no conditioner). a minor grievance. the fridge in my room was too cold (froze a can of soda which then exploded) and the dial wouldn't turn to adjust that.

Location was right off the highway with lots of conveniences close by, restaurants, Circle K convenience store and Walmart right behind the property. Staff was very accommodating the property was clean and well maintained. No Riff Raff hanging around felt completely safe! Continental breakfast was nice with make your own waffles and attendant was very attentive!🙂Came for an NMSU campus visit we will be back in June and will stay here again. Coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in room was a huge Plus!

Not a thing to complain about.

The staff was very friendly, always greeting you when passing. The beds were comfy and slept very well. The staff respected the Do not disturb sign, which is highly appreciated. The hotel is close to the highway and has great restaurants nearby. I had no issues with noise. The location is great!

The hotel seems a bit old, and the mattress is definitely worn in but still comfy to sleep in. The bathtubs have some stains from over the years of use.

Location right off I10 near places to eat and Walmart if need supplies. It was clean. However, the staff was the most hard working, pleasant and friendly. They went above and beyond. The young man at the desk went to the trouble of finding a stopper for the tub so my elderly mother could bathe. He was prompt and so gracious. The young man stationed at the desk in the morning had the breakfast ready a whole hour early so we did not have to stop somewhere for breakfast! Amazing, hard working young people.

looked up the price and availability for a room on line shortly before arriving, asked if that rate could be given as i was paying cash but was told i would have to book it on line to get the reduced price? was told that they could not match prices but it was at the same hotel! this took and additional 15 min to get the room and get checked it!

The bed was good. The bathroom was fine. The room was as expected this being our 4th stay here. The staff have always been friendly and helpful for all our stays here. The hotel was close to the Las Cruces Hot-air Balloon Fiesta which is why we were there.

I really don't like the single-serve coffee that is in the room. The wi-fi is slow and can cause streaming and uploading problems.

Las Cruces was a waypoint for me on a motorcycle trip to California. I was looking for a place to stay that was close to the freeway, close to a gas station, close to a restaurant. The La Quinta in Las Cruces met all those criteria. The staff is friendly and competent. The free breakfast was enough to get me through the day. And, my room was clean. For my purposes, this place was darn near perfect!

The nice thing about our stay was that the hotel was very quiet. I was beginning to wonder if we were the only ones on the floor but there were other people around, we just didn’t hear them. The room was adequate. The beds were comfortable and clean, I liked that the hotel property was gated off and near many eating places and a Walmart.

The hotel needs some cleaning and remodeling. The room we stayed in had a not-so-nice smell when we entered the room. I think if it wasn’t for that smell, we would have had a nice stay. I even tried spraying the room but no luck. The bed skirts looked like they hadn’t been washed in awhile, the furniture surfaces were still sticky, and the tub looked like it wasn’t cleaned.
