Check-in at this hotel.was.quick and easy. All the staff were kind and patient. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! The breakfast had a good variety of foods. The hotel is conveniently located to shopping, businesses and restaurants.

The only thing that was bothersome, is that there is no way to really tell the hot from cold on the handle for the tub and you really had to pull hard to switch it to the shower.

Morning staff, Laurelye, was AMAZING. Beds were comfy! Room was clean and decent size for the three of us.

Not a property issue, although they should invest in cameras around the outside because we woke up the next morning to our vehicle ransacked. Several items stolen or damaged.

I was hoping that the Fairfield had a Tesla charger for my car. I think I mistakenly thought it did. Maybe in the future this will be added to your property? so many drivers esp from SOCAL have Teslas and it might attract even more guests to your property.

The bathrooms could have smelled less like a moldy shower curtain......

Lauralye was absolutely spectacular! Friendly, genuine and really couldn't enough to ensure I was truly welcomed, comfortable and pleased. She provided some the best service I've had working with hotel guest relations personnel, I've I stay in hotels more than frequently.

A/C unit was just a little loud, but it's truly no big deal.

The front desk staff (Lauralai, or similar) was extremely nice, very professional, suggested local attractions and events without prompting.

Staff very friendly, room very comfortable, great place to rest up after a medical procedure.

The room was clean and plenty of towels to utilize to our expectations. The price for the hotel was reasonable price. Breakfast was very good and plenty. Water was available to take for traveling home 7 hrs drive.
