Beautiful room. New hotel. Breakfast was amazing.

Our shower backed up and toliet bad. 2nd floor. 2hours before arrival got an excuse someone booked our room at same time and me and my family had to squeeze into a smaller room. Couldn't choose different hotel do to all hotels being sold put. Front desk said they would comp some free snacks and accomadte with some other gift and the night clerk had no clue. The price I had to pay for a suite didn't feel like I was staying comfortable. Couldn't swim or jacuzzi. Pool was green and did not look safe to swim.

I was extremely happy with this property. The front desk was so friendly and accommodating. My room was very large with a sofa in the bedding was incredible! Literally five star bedding & mattress. The restroom was super clean, as well as the common areas. I was so impressed with the gym! It was small, but had absolutely everything. The parking lot was well lit, and I was able to see my vehicle from my room. The breakfast had so many yummy options, including mini omelettes. Check in check out with super easy and the location is close to the freeway, but far enough back that you didn't hear the freeway noise I would absolutely stay there again.

Clean, I like sheets over blanket and no bedspread . Building very new and modern. Great breakfast . Sausage, biscuits and gravy, eggs , waffles and most everything from a continental breakfast, great variety. Was like eating in a nice restaurant .

Vending machine options were poor. No diet sodas. Not much variety of other snacks. Not really anywhere to walk my dog. Big rocks and gravel and dirt. Not really pet friendly. Couldn’t get just two queen beds.

The breakfast was excellent, and the location was right off the interstate, so it was easy to get to. I forgot my shampoo and conditioner, but the ones provided were excellent. I'm very picky with shampoo and conditioner, but was very surprised how well these products are.

The lotion container was almost empty. I got what I needed, but there was very little left in the bottle. Please ask housekeeping to be sure and check the provided bathroom bottles.

Good location - easy freeway access, close to chain restaurants and retail stores

Housekeeping policy - Full service every 3 days. Please let the front desk know if fresh towels are needed or trash taken out… we stayed 5 nights and despite asking front desk for service we had to recycle ourselves, ask housekeeping for towels and never got the trash emptied.

Both the breakfast and location was good. location is a perfect spot for a short drive to grab food or go shopping as well as to leave town. breakfast stayed hot and fresh while the area stayed clean.

I don’t like to complain nor ask for too much. that might be a burden or take some extra steps being staff is already busy enough. let alone go above and beyond as is.but maybe a bit more towels and toilet paper in bathroom if possible

Check in was fast and the staff was very friendly. Room was very large, modern and super clean. Plenty of parking and even had an area where we could have brought our RV if we were passing through. Close to many stores and restaurants.

We have absolutely no complaints about this hotel and its facilitys.

The staff was phenomenal! The beds were clean and comfortable, the parking lot felt safe and well lit.

The pool was filthy or stained and looked filthy, the breakfast was very slim pickings for the price of a room, a few things in the room could have been better maintained and I had to work when I arrived.

Room seemed pretty clean, slight odor in the room. I used disinfecting wipes on the surfaces in the room and they were definitely not as clean as they could have been. Fridge could have been cooler. Drinks seemed more lukewarm than cold. Showtime just buffered on my third night and would not play.

Breakfast could have been open till 10 am. Closing at 9:00 am was a bit early, we thought. Housekeeping every other day OK, but if we are to re-use towels, need more towel bars. We don't mind the every other day service, but just please provide enough places to dry towels each day.
