This is the second stay we have had at this location and we have been very happy with the rooms and the staff. The employees are friendly and helpful. The wifi works fine and the parking is decent. While we didn't have the breakfast, previous stays found the breakfast nice and hot.

Honestly, there is not much to dislike with this hotel. While the beds are a tad hard, they are better than many places we have stayed. The parking lot is a bit odd, but there are plenty of spaces.

The counter service staff are very friendly and welcoming. As we entered, we were treated like family. All information necessary to navigate the hotel services were explained, including the included breakfast available each morning. The breakfast options were more than acceptable and the breakfast staff kept entreés stocked and available for guests. Tables were quickly cleaned as guests completed their breakfast and departed the breakfast area.

Not much to mention here.

Newly renovated rooms were great. Camille at the front desk (afternoon shift) was efficient and gracious. Breakfast area is nice and the woman who managed it takes pride in her job as she made sure that every station was clean and she refilled items as soon as they needed it. No problem with dog friendly facilities.

Young woman working the early shift before check in time is the wrong person for the front desk. She was not interested in answering questions or sharing any information

The hotel accommodations were excellent. The room was clean and well maintained. Even though parts of the hotel were being remodeled, the noise level was non-existent and their were really no areas that were messy, dusty, etc. Definitely would recommend the hotel.

We really didn't have any dislikes with regard to the hotel, the continental breakfast or the staff. While the hotel is a bit off the main road, it was easy to get to. We had no issues with the wifi.

Staff and breakfast staff were all very friendly and accommodating.Breakfast was very clean and neat. Room was clean and had plenty of towels. Maid wrote a very nice note, I think here name was Esperanza.

It looked like the hotel is going through some renovations which was fine. Carpets could use a cleaning and a few repairs for well used areas in our room but it looks like that may be underway.

Great location off I-10. Easy to find. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean property. Attractive lobby. Efficient and nice staff. Good breakfast. Good TV and Wi-Fi. The room was well laid out for maximum comfort. Good air-conditioning; good lighting. Nice bathroom. Good parking. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. Lots of pillows. Requested a room on upper level in quiet area and got it. Would definitely stay here again.

Several floor tiles in the bathroom were loose. No extra towels provided and those that were provided were rough and old. Pillowcase protectors were of plastic/vinal material; would have preferred cotton. Also, still prefer bars of soap rather than pump bottles although I do understand why hotels are moving in that direction. Older property but well run and in good location.

I liked the room size, cleanliness, complimentary breakfast and I also liked the white bed blanket with pattern. It was comfortable and pretty. I stayed at the Hampton inn at the other cities a few times but this location was the best.

It was a clean property. Facilities were great. We took our grandkids swimming. Pool and hot tub were clean ansi. Good repair. I appreciated being able to bring my dog at the last minute.

The carpet in the hallway was musty and older. Probably will be replaced soon. Carpet in rooms and stairwells was great.

Staff were all AWESOME!!

I did not like being woke up at 7:30am on a Sunday by the mother and child that were above us. They sounded like they were kicking a ball all over the room, stomping and running. It was horrible.

Comfortable bed, good office table, great breakfast. Pool and hot tub looked good, but was not able to use it.

No kerig type coffee makers in room, no closet to hang things, no rack for suitcases. Had to leave mine on the floor.
