They changed our room to facilitate my husband’s inability to walk any distance. We were able to park almost right outside our room very helpful. Your halls are VERLY long. Free laundry! Wonderful staff

The dog walk area was dirty (dog poo) the special dog box which should supply bags, was empty. The garbage was FULL. We had an AD room with shower. I understand that floors need to be flat to roll into if you are in a wheelchair. But for those who can stand, the water leaks out to the entire bathroom floor. I had to use towels in the floor to stem the flow of water

Very clean, staff was super friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. I really liked this hotel.

The only thing I thought was strange is that there was no usb ports in the room. I didn’t take my power block because most hotels I stay in have them in the lamps or clock radios. This one didn’t have any. I went downstairs to see if they sell any and the lady in the front desk lent me hers. Which was super nice. Although it was my fault for not bringing one the stay was great.

Very nice facility with easy access to the freeway. Excellent breakfast, spacious room and comfortable bed.

We needed to do laundry and were pleased that they offer laundry room use at no charge. What was an issue was that 2 of the 3 washers did not work. We were able to get the laundry done with the 1 working washer, just took longer. No problems with the dryers. We did report this to the Manager at checkup so that they can get repairs done.

The variable types of suites available provided perfect selections for our large family group-one bedroom for my parents, two beds for my family of four, and 3 beds/2 bedrooms for my brother’s family of six! Also the pool and hot tub were very nice and breakfast was delicious.

No major complaints at all-except our room keys did not work at the pool gates

I like the location; it is away from I-10 , the trains, and the seedy side of Las Cruces. The front desk clerk, Hayden, was very friendly and helpful . My room was exceptionally clean. I seldom see that at a hotel. The bedding was very comfortable, with a clean fresh smell. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all in dispensers on the wall inside the shower, which is so much more convenient that tiny bottles. They were all Dove products, which leave my hair and skin clean and healthy. I like the full size refrigerator and freezer.

The coffee in the room did not taste good. The breakfast quality is much lower than pre-COVID. There used to be much more variety and my favorite was waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. I had to settle for scrambled eggs, a sausage patty, and a potatoes. So I had very small portions. Cereals, muffins, breads, and cheap yogurt don't interest me. There was no fruit. It wasn't as bad as Hampton Inn , canned fruit and other prefab, inedible sides, but it could be much better.

The location was very good. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The patio very pleasant. Breakfast could have had more choices like donuts or sweet rolls.

The property could use some updating. The furnishings were rather old and outdated.

Your company messed up the booking. Thankfully, for me, the front desk clerk remedied. He was over the top helpful and professional. But, your service, or lack of, has made me greatly question any future use of your app and company

Spacious rooms with kitchen to fix a meal if we needed to. We had a King suite. Highly recommend it to spread out and not feel crowded. Nice breakfast and early 6 a.m.

They need to put out more information for places to eat nearby. I don't think everyone is a huge fan of Peter Piper Pizza unless you are traveling with kids.

We absolutely loved having a 2 bedroom suite with 1 king and 2 queens, both with separate bathrooms! Makes a huge difference in sleep quality, especially for a mom, lol! No fighting over the bathroom either or “hurry up!”

It had a pool and a fitness, which gave an opportunity to relax. The beds were lovely. We had the suite which is perfect if you’re traveling with a family.

The breakfast seemed a bit cheapish, we went over to IHOP instead.
