The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It hit 100 our last day and the room stayed nice and cool. The pool is beautiful and our girls had a great time.

The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms were not full and we ran out during our stay. The website says free breakfast but it isn't free. Seems like false advertisement. We ended up going off site. I'm not paying $15.95 for a breakfast buffet of cereal and bagels.

Comfortable, spacious room for a week+ stay. Good shower pressure. Housekeeping willing to do as much or as little as you want. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. Easy drive to restaurants and shops and NMSU. Front desk staff very welcoming and accommodating. Will be back!

Loud, loud, loud air conditioner and refrigerator. Hard to get to sleep when they kicked on and off all night. Expensive rooms compared to other hotels but the location is worth it. Dog friendly and when a neighboring dog was barking non stop, the front desk took care of it immediately.

Very tidy and the decor is beautiful in the lobby. Very inviting. The reason I booked is because there are queen beds and not double beds like other hotels. Also the rooms have a fridge and microwave. Some others in town as expensive or even more expensive dont have fridge n microwave.

The hot tub was a little dirty. Lots of debris and hairs.

Good location - Freeway close, adjacent to gas station, close drive to Starbucks and restaurants. Very cute interior, clean, lively bar atmosphere in lobby. Rooms were spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was great and so close to NMSU. There was a gas station/convenience store right next to the hotel which was nice for buying snacks and drinks. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The lobby is clean and I liked the breakfast area where you could either sit down and order food or just take advantage of bagels, yogurt, and cereal etc. They also had a nice variety of drinks; water, juice, tea, coffee.

I don't really have any complaints about this hotel.

Property and hotel staff experience was great. Unfortunately, we had to book the room ourselves because this website, booking.com reservation for my hotel stay was not applicable and the confirmation was non existent, as as my name. The dates, address, everything was correct on the email confirmation. But I will be contacting my bank and booking.com shortly to dispute this charge.

Our dinner was ruined by 3 drunk and loud men at the bar at the hotel. The management and staff didn’t notice how they disrupted the guests with their rude swearing, and didn’t seem to care when we abruptly left before finishing our dinner.

It was a disabled room but there was no way I could get in the shower it wasn’t accessible at all Plus there were other guests hair on and in the tub ,so gross

Central location to university, shops, and restaurants. Ample parking. Complimentary coffee in the morning and plenty of room to sit and meet up with family. Didn't use the pool but looked nice. Welcomed our dog happily.

The breakfast omelets my son and I had were delicious and better than what we get at most restaurants. You can tell that the chef really cared about his creations and our waitress was very friendly and welcoming.
