The location was great and was about a 15 min. drive to The Wine Festival and close to other places which made it convenient! The room was nice, roomy, comfortable and clean! The breakfast was great and had lots of options and the coffee was nice and strong! Thanks! :-)

There is an electrical outlet right behind the sliding glass door of the bathroom. So if something is plugged in it would be hard for a person in the bathroom to get out. Also, the handle for the shower kept coming off and I let them know that at check out. Otherwise, our stay was great even though we had quite a hike to our room which was fine so that we got a little workout in! :-)

Nice spacious and modern room..Good place if you are spending some time at the location/in the room. Hot breakfast with options (for non-veg) including, toppings (almond, seeds, dry fruits), plant based milk and good tea.

Fancy shower door is not easy to open/close. Got stuck a bit in the morning inside once. Maintenance might have fixed it (our stay was only one night) Hot breakfast could have potatoes to accommodate the vegans and lacto-veg diet.

Sunday's hot breakfast was not very good. The scrambled eggs were overcooked and the bacon was gross. Oatmeal toppings would have been nice. The waffles were good. It was nice to have cereal and milk options. Monday's breakfast was nicer with cheese omelets, but the turkey sausage tasted like sponge.

Ice machine was broken on our floor.

Our experience with the hotel was great. Virginia who helped us at check in was AMAZING. it was us and another couple having trouble with booking.com and she handled it all like a pro. We will never book with booking.com again but SpringHill Suites is our new go to.

Very nice location. Clean room. Comfortable bed/bedding. Friendly staff.

Room had a slight smoking odor. Shower was out of shampoo and conditioner. Didn’t realize it until I was showering. Had to make sue w/ body wash. Breakfast could have more variety. Bacon was razor thin.

Valentina was very welcoming and understanding of my situation. Jaime (I believe was his name) was also just as welcoming and polite as Valentina. They made my stay feel like i was almost at home or treated as a member of their family. Im grateful for both Valentina and Jaime.

I had to take my state board test. The hotel was great. My reason for being there was kind of annoying.

The room was very spacious and the bed really comfortable

The bathroom was nos as clean as it should have been. There were some hairs both in the shower and the sink. The breakfast could be improved a little.

Orange juice was not available. One person serving and supplying refills was running(literally) to keep up. Location was too small for the number of patrons. Access to food was slow due to the number of people wanting breakfast.

I absolutely loved this hotel and most especially the no pet policy. It was in the location where I normally stay when I travel to Las Cruces so I am familiar with the area. The accommodations were absolutely lovely and I felt right at home. The front desk staff was amazing and went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

I was in for a bit of a surprise when I arrived at the hotel as the reservation I had made through Booking.com had somehow not transferred to the Spring Hill Suites property and the hotel did not have my reservation. The front desk clerk, Ms. Kelly, however took action and although they were booked she said she would work something out so I wouldn't be without a room. They were extremely busy but when I came back a short time later she had located a room and had upgraded my stay. It all worked out perfectly and I spent 3 nights there. I absolutely loved staying there and especially the high quality of customer service.

Breakfast was not good. The breakfast meat that was available was fake looking sausage and microwave omelets. This could be much better.
