The room was clean and comfortable.

During breakfast the staff would refill 1 food item, but the food was taken in a few minutes and never refilled. There were biscuits - never refilled, bacon - refilled 1 time, waffle mix - not refilled, maple syrup - not refilled, tamales - not refilled. In summary, the breakfast offerings were too skimpy for the number of guests. The office manager at check in wasn't very friendly. It was 2 am, but I'm assuming they are supposed to be friendly no matter the hour.

Cleanest & nicest comfort suites I’ve stayed at. For $110 a night I felt like I was at a spa resort when in front of my room & inside my room.

I would have given it a 10 except i arrived at 5am thinking I’d get some good sleep during the day before driving out only for housekeeping to ignore the DND sign and banged on my door 7x while I was sleeping over and over again. I know they’re just doing their job but it really sucked and my sleep was ruined despite my earplugs.

I booked the hotel in need of a place to stay and was able to check in less than 30 minutes after. Luisa was a front desk assistant and she was awesome. I used my debit card to pay for our stay so I asked her if they charged any weird fees and she was knowledgeable and patient with me. We also traveled with a large truck and trailer since we were moving cross country and when we parked right in front of the office alongside the curb, she said we parked in the perfect spot under the security cameras. The room was spacious and clean. The channels on the TV were kid friendly.

Just overall comfort. Felt relaxed and welcome, not worried about anything.

Given the wrong time for breakfast. Understandable, as we checked in on a Friday and clerk probably did not remember it was the weekend and breakfast time is at 7:00, not 6:00 am. Went down at 6:20, and it was dark in the breakfast lounge. The clerk was very courteous and attentive. He accommodated us and made sure he got food out while we had our coffee. We just felt he probably felt we were rushing him. When I told him what happened, he said not to worry, we did not make him uncomfortable. He is a wonderful person and a great asset to your company.

I never eat breakfast.

The wheelchair access was not good. Carpet is not easy to roll on. There was no access to the shower even though I requested it. The furniture in the room had to be moved around to accommodate moving throughout the room.

Front desk staff, both evening and morning, were the friendliest and most helpful of ANY place we have stayed!! Nice to see smiles and have a little conversation! We arrived after dark, tired, and appreciated being on 1st floor. The king bed/mattress was the best! Wish I asked about the brand! (The hotel is also very near Lorenzo's-plan to make a reservation if you want to be there on a weekend evening.)

Everything was great! The gentleman made sure me and my family has rooms right next door to each other, without me having to ask! Which was very nice of him. Breakfast was more than what we were expecting! There was freshly made eggs and sausage. A waffle maker to make your own waffles. More than what we expected

The breakfast was good. It did have the waffle maker and it did work. They also had peanut butter for my waffles. I couldn't ask for more.

My air conditioner had some rattling inside, but we were so tired. We didn't care. It might be more important to others. I failed to mention it to them.

The breakfast was very good, with more than a full spread: coffee, hot water for tea, orange juice, two different waffle makers, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage, potatoes, tortillas, tangerines, English muffins, toast, peanut butter, yoghurts, bagels, butter, cereals, etc. The staff were also excellent, busy but available, quick to answer the phone, always ready to help, friendly and caring. Spacious suite room, and a very comfortable bed. The location near the Pan Am is unbeatable. It’s just far enough off I-25 to be quiet but super convenient.

When I arrived, the automatic lobby door wasn’t working properly and wouldn’t open for me from the outside, so I had to call the front desk from my cell phone to get someone to let me in.

The breakfast was good, enough to choose from. Eggs sausages, potatoes, different breads, cereal, waffles. etc. staff is polite.

The beds are hard, and my bathroom was dirty. Wasn’t filthy but looked like it had a quick wipe down. But not clean.
