Excellent hotel with fantastic staff and location. Breakfast was delicious, and you can even rent a bike for free. There's also free parking, which is a big plus. For me, it’s a solid 10 — especially considering the price, which is more than fair compared to other options in the area. Honestly, their rating on Booking is lower than they deserve. We’re already thinking about coming back — maybe even as soon as September

The only downside is that it’s located on a main road, so it can get a bit noisy in the evening, especially if a loud motorcycle passes by. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We chose Happy Hotel because of a concert we were attending in The Amphitheatre - Vittoriale. We were really happy with the hotel overall. It is very cute and the rooms were very nice. The best part of our stay was the staff, everyone is very welcoming, helpful and cheerful. The location of the hotel is also right in the center of Gardone Riviera. Right next to the lake, and very close to the amphitheater. They also provided us with parking opportunities. The breakfast was also very well prepared, and every night there was a different culture's cuisine food. Totally recommending.

The only thing was the not so good sound isolation of the windows. Because of the hotel's location right on the road, the car noises were pretty loud. It was good that ear-plug's were provided because without them it is almost impossible to sleep.

Very good receptionist who speaks English and has a lot of knowledge about the area. The parking lot was not far and not crowded at all, and the beach was absolutely amazing, we liked it better than the beach in Lignano! The room has a window overlooking the street - but we didn't hear any traffic. I don't know why people complain about it. There is a small terrace at the top where you can have a drink and a snack. The location is simply great and my dog was happy too.

Surprisingly, there are indeed paper plates at breakfast, I don't know why. I found that strange. Otherwise, the breakfast was nice, they had a variety of dishes.

Good location. 30m from the lake and a nice promenada with restaurants and terraces. It has a roof terrace with lake view. It has elevator and the room is really spacious, with kitchen. Breakfast was good and friendly staff.

It is noisy because of the busy road passing by. And there is actually no parking (you can just officially park 15 minutes). But we left the car and nothing happened. There are free parkings close, some free during the night and some completely free but a little bit further. The room has no balcony, but we didn't stay much in the room, anyway.

Good value for money. Helpful staff to assist with late check in and guidance for parking. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options hot and cold. Hotel was in a great location next to a beautiful lakeside town.

Room was very hot and air conditioning was not working, had to leave windows open for several hours to aerate and cool the room before bed. Unfortunately due to the location of the hotel, the noise from the road below was VERY loud and constant throughout the night, even with all windows closed.

clean hotel, good location, fantastic, friendly and helpful staff, good daily cleaning, yummy breakfast with salty and sweet options and soy milk, good terrace with complementary drink, great pool for fair price nearby. the ceiling in the bathroom with a chandelier and a painted frame is a work of art. there are also free ear plugs in the rooms for light sleepers. there was nothing that didn’t make me happy, you can see the hotel has a heart and many people are working hard to make it a nice place to stay at. special thanks to the reception staff who was nothing but friendly, polite and professional the entire time.

would be good if shower had a shelf. also could use a printed instruction on how to use the AC in the room.

We loved this hotel. Stayed in a suite, it was big, clean and comfortable, good beds. The breakfast was great, the staff lovely, free bikes were given to rent, parking area was nearby. There was a rooftop terrace restaurant, loved the views.

The location is great. I especially liked the self-check-in feature. The staff was super helpful in the morning.

There's no parking onsite, but you can park 100m down the road near shops (it was free from 19.00 to 9.00 during my stay).
