The chalet was very clean and tidy. Loved the space downstairs for the kids. There was an oven, hob, kitchen sink, utensils, cups etc, fridge. Heat pump was great! Beds were comfy but small, my feet were off the end as someone who's 5ft9 and my husband who's 6ft3 but we knew it was a double bed. The drying room was amazing! Would stay again =)

The spaces like the toilet, shower, stairs upstairs are made for teeny tiny people. The stairs, towards the top and upstairs is very squeaky. We could hear another chalets kids jumping around and making noise the last night. The wifi in room 1 was pretty terrible. Kept dropping out. The milk we received when we checked in had best before date of the day we checked in. The heat pump basically only heats the upstairs as heat rises and it did get hot up there

Helpful and friendly owners. Apartment we stayed accommodated x6 people. The apartment was good, with kitchen and plenty of utensils, hob, TV and shower. Upstairs were beds, x1 double, x1 bunk bed and x2 single beds. Double bed and bunk bed was comfortable. We would stay here again and I would recommend it.

The single bed mattress is very thin so we used an x2 mattress one on top of another. The stairs leading up was very ckreeky. And you can hear your neighbors, noisy a bit.

The cleanliness was OK. The kitchen was good; however, it could use a quick review of the pots. We were unlucky in using a broken cooking pot, which we did not realise until it was a bit late, but we fixed the situation. As for the hot water, the first shower was tricky, trying to get the proper water temperature and pressure, but later, everything went smoothly.

There were instructions for a recycling system in the room, but there were not sufficient rubbish bins to correspond to them. Also, the rubbish bin wireframes under the sink could not properly hold the supplied rubbish bags.

Loved the location and the accommodation. Nothing too flashy, just good ol' cosy and comfy. The staff got the fire going before our arrival so the place was warm and toasty. Great place for three families to vacay together and all be under one roof. Beds were super comfy!!! My daughter said she would rather the ossies bed than her own!

Old chalets and floorboards so was a bit noisy. But would still go back. No internet but they say it's coming!!

This was excellent for the cost. It is a 'backpacker' type accomodation but was clean, cosy, everythinng worked well, staff were very helpful. If you are on a budget you will be very pleased, if you just like to save you will be very happy here. If you want luxury look elsewhere. But clean comfortable quiet handy, this is great. We are mid 60's and could easily pay more but like to save and we liked it and would stay here again.

There was nothing we didn't like or were unhappy with. It is old but well maintained, everything works fine. The bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are narrow and steep. It would be a problem to those with physical limitations but was no problem for us.

Had all the facilities that we required, separate toilet, separate bathroom, well equipped kitchen (except an actual oven). But microwave was the next best thing, in heating our pre-made Mac'n'Cheese. Beds and lounge area was comfy. Loved the heated cupboard to dry wet snow gear. Cosy and warm.

Nothing. It was perfect for what we needed.

It was spacious and had everything we needed. The multiple bed options worked in our favour because my husband was sick so I could have my own bed :) It was surprisingly warm even without the heatpump going. I also liked being on the edge of town. Nice rural aspect.

Tidying up some of the scruffy paintwork inside wouldn't go amiss. The double bed wasn't big enough for both of us but we took the options.

Location was great, close to town and carrot playground. Unit overlooked a lovely stream which our kids enjoyed playing by, and feeding the goats across the street. Staff were helpful when we needed them. Place was super clean and cosy. Great heat pump, it was so toasty in the bedrooms upstairs.

Very comfortable two story A frame unit - a bit tired round the edges but well fitted out and good facilities. Very clean bathroom and kitchen with everything we needed. Quiet part of town but close to the centre and the Junction.

The poor TV reception was a bit annoying but otherwise all good. A couple of hand towels for the bathroom and kitchen would be appreciated.
