Unfriendly, rude young staff during breakfast hours each day. Approached table with no Hi, took dirty plates without asking if we have finished. Very expensive daily parking rates on top of hotel and air fees. Reception staff in Rezydencja II hardly ever avaliable

We attended a conference organised by our company, and decided to stay a while longer. The conference room is superb, the food provided was excellent. Overall the staff was helpful and everything was nice. Our company was tehre for a 3rd time, and i will be happy when we will be there again.

Even tho the hotel looks modern, sometimes you can find details that show some wear and tear. What was a total let-down was the wellness and pool facility. The swiming pool itself was ok, a lot of families with childeren were there when we were there, but that's not the hotels fault. The saunas and the sauna area was poorly designed. Ignoring that most people didn't respect the rules and etiquette (e.g. being in saunas in swimsuits and most were loud), the floorplan was really weird. The showers offer no privacy when cooling down from the saunas, no cooling pool, only showers and a small ice-basin. So in short, if the hotel overall is a 5/5, the sauna area is a 2/5.

We’ve stayed here for the third time already — it’s definitely our favorite compared to other similar resorts in Poland. The breakfasts are delicious, the hotel is generally well-maintained even though it’s not brand new. There are plenty of activities for kids. The cocktails at the bar are really good. Great place for a relaxing family holiday!

However, the pool area can get quite crowded, and for this price, we would expect some extra touches in the room — like hair conditioner and body lotion. Also, the pillow was a bit uncomfortable.

Great and fresh and comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. A lot of facilities. We will come back as we were not able to try all the facilities the hotel has. Excellent breakfast. Good parking (but a little expensive).

There were difficulties with prolonging our stay over Booking and directly at the hotel. For Booking they were unable to accept our request to change dates, directly - price initially was significantly higher than on Booking, then they clarified and got cheaper, but still higher price, then it needed to wait at the reception some time to finish our current stay and organise a new one... As for me - in case guests want to prolong their stay - it should be done as easily as possible.

Great location for those who want to go on hiking trip. As it was my intention. Tatra National Park is only a few minutes' walk from hotel. Great breakfast with plenty of options. The lobby bar is exceptional with great options. Arriving quite late on a weekday evening meant that the local restaurants had already closed their doors. Thankfully, the hotel's lobby bar offered food&drinks options.

Breakfast was not only great in terms of quality but service as well. Ingredients were refilled throughout the whole breakfast time, so even if i showed up late i still got plenty to eat. Cleanliness. Good standard in rooms. Helpful staff.

Paying for the parking at all is ridiculous, but requesting 30pln a day is just another level of greediness. I'd totally understand that for the second car though, but for your main one - come on.

The hotel is amazing, would definitely return, spa is little bit small for this huge resort but was ok. Beds large, large balcony, comfort at a high level, hotel cleanliness excellent. In this respect the hotel exceeded expectations.

I didn't like the attitude of the reception staff. As if they were there as a punishment. No willingness to help, if they helped it was with huge reluctance. Unfortunately we have had negative experiences with the young staff at reception. They only explained very basic things. They did not mention local attractions or restaurant recommendations at all. We didn't know how to and where to eat in the place.

Very well managed hotel. Clean, well equipped with all you need for your comfort stay. Although the hotel was packed with people and especially with families with kids, our room was super silent and only during breakfast we realized how many families are staying there. The wellness is perfect. Breakfast absolutely fantastic. Yes, it is a bit far from the town center, but hey, you are in the Tatras, you can walk and if not, you can take a bus or taxi and in couple of minutes you are there. But you will not want to leave the hotel anyway. Everything you need is there :)

Too crowdy breakfasts during the rush hour. But despite this, we never waited too long and there was no shortage of food supply. Parking later in the evening at hotel's premises can get a bit tricky due to lack of free parking space.

It was an incredibly cosy and warm place to stay. It has a nice wellness area included in the price, with 3 jacuzzis and not crowded. Sauna options are great as well with dry, infrared and two steam saunas. Room is surprisingly big and had a sofa. The place is really good for hikers as it is directly located next to the hills.

Not a lot of restaurants around, but the ones that are near are also pretty good.

Nice spa and breakfast, outstanding views of the snowy mountains nearby, it's pretty close to the entrance to the cable car - you can walk.

It was quite crowded as it was a long weekend due holidays and a lot of noise in the SPA area where the pool is. I think this is more of a family hotel where you can easily bring kids. But as an alternative solution, you can simply move to the sauna part, which is a lot more relaxing and quite. During weekdays it was great as there were less people
