I liked that they had breakfast, staff was all very friendly, clean, and comfortable.

I rented the room with the kitchenette and although the room was clean and comfortable, we were unable to utilize the kitchenette as there were no pots, pans, or anything that you could actually use to cook with. When opening the refrigerator door the whole fridge tips.

Very convenient The bed was large and were very comfortable. The rooms were large and spaces. The jacuzzi was perfect. All the Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. ( we seen the reviews of ppl saying they had roaches, bed bugs, or rats) We rented 2 rooms both on the 4th floor. We did not see any bugs or rodents during our stay.

When we walked into the building they didnt have the A/c running the building and elevator were very humid.(acs were running in the rooms). The elevator needs working on made weird noises. The walls were very thin. 1 hotel room main door was very hard to open we legit had to bump it open after using the card and by the looks of the bathroom door it should be replaced. We expressed this to the lady at the front desk and she said she will let her manager know. An that the owners are trying their hardest to update and to fix any problems. She was very friendly.

The staff was really accommodating, especially since the times that we checked in and out were during non-daylight times. We had checked in at around 11:00pm at night and checked out at around 5:00am and the staff were very helpful. I was reading a ton of reviews of people complaining about rats and fire alarms going off, and as well as how the rooms were very dirty, however when we had stayed none of those problem existed. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and when they came around to clean the rooms, nothing was missing and the whole room was really clean.

The free breakfast they have given wasn't the best breakfast ever, since they didn't serve any actual protein or anything the staff would have to cook. I wish that they had at least eggs for the breakfast but the food item that they had served were really good nonetheless.

My 21 year old daughter stayed back at hotel not feeling well while myself and hubby went out and about. She had went downstairs and had to get sick and the bathroom was in use and got sick in recycle area. They called to check in on her later after she returned to our room and she ordered Gatorade and they brought up to the room for her. Went above and beyond. Much appreciated.

Only good thing about the location was it close to the Lincoln tunnel to enter NYC. All staff were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Beds were clean and firm. Decent sized mini fridge.

The water pressure in the shower sucked but it got the job done. The $150 hold on my card after I paid $250 for 2 nights. I get putting down a deposit for possible damages, but that's a bit much. It took away from spending money while on vacation. I paid in full a month prior for my reservation, so they already had my card info. Make it make sense, please!

This hotel is an excellent deal. It's close to NYC. Very clean rooms, the parking lot is good and the staff is very helpful.

1-The breakfast is included but in my case needs improvements because there were only sweet-based options like pancakes, waffles, muffins, cookies and some juices. No eggs or ham, etc. 2-Also, you will need to deposit US$150 for a safe box (no one told me about that in advance), and so during the check in, the receptionist told me that the $150 will be reimbursed if there is nothing to claim from them to the same card. However, at the check out time is when the desk girl told me that the reimbursement would take up to 5 days.

Daily turndown service was very nice. The staff was amazing.

First room we were given we found bedbugs within an hour of check in. The staff immediately gave us a new room on the opposite side of the hotel. This was the only problem we had the entire stay and it was immediately fixed.

It’s an easy shuttle ride to the city and back, $20 a day. The staff was incredibly nice especially the ladies at the front desk who assisted me with all my questions. For being right outside the city the rooms are good sized.

The shower was a little leaky but worked.

Breakfast was poor just toast , waffles etc. No eggs or anything else. No public transport in to Manhatten without walking up a very very steep incline. Hotel shuttle in to Manhatten leaves at 11am and returns at 8.30pm. Only found out about this the day before we left. Not told about it on check in ???
