The closeness to the beach and everything was within walking distance.

The WiFi was awful. The one night I could not connect to it at all. So no TV and used data for my phone. Perhaps they should list all the locations with all the passwords. Maybe even provide better instructions. The bed was not comfortable at all. It could probably withstand an upgrade. It was cozy. I was able to park right outside my room. They had a nice little pool. I loved how they had beach chairs & bikes available for your use. They freshen up your room every day (make bed, empty trash, towels, etc.) The staff was very friendly.

Incredible location, walkable to everything with beautiful ocean views! Wonderful staff, friendly and accommodating. Made it easy to unpack your suitcase and all of your toiletries with a small closet, bureau, and a nice storage piece in the bathroom. I hate living out of my suitcase! Nice area right outside of the room to have coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean in the morning.

Needs a few upgrades, ceiling fan over the bed outdated and shook when it was on. Also was dusty on top. Water pressure was a bit low, sink especially. Change out the tub for just a step in shower. I visited a few family members accommodations and this was just not quite as upscale.

The main draw for us was the location and it didn't disappoint. The property is just over the road from Pass A Grille beach. We had a room at the front of the property and had a great view from the windows and the seats on the veranda, perfect for a relaxed breakfast and a great view of the sunset. The room was large with good cooking facilities and storage and a nice big refrigerator. The bathroom was a good size with decent towels. Although there wasn't a member of staff on site all the time, it was easy to contact someone on the phones around the property. The room was very clean and cleaned every day. The pool and landscaping really added to the relaxing atmosphere of the property with comfortable loungers and chairs. Going back to the location, the beach was beautiful and there are great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. At night, with clear skies, there's an amazing view of the stars over the sea with far less light pollution than elsewhere. The chairs at the front are ideal for stargazing

The water pressure in the shower was a little low to start but was ok after a minute

Location is great. Rooms are spacious. Big fridge and sufficient kitchenette to do a bit of meal prep. Bed is comfortable and convertible sofa allows for additional guest sleeping options. Private parking and on-street parking are FREE. Management arranged a parking pass with the city for the duration of the stay.

Shower is weak. Door lock doesn't instill confidence that items in the room are secure, as the deadbolt isn't lockable from the outside. Wish that bikes were available, but after losses from the two hurricanes of 2024, they hadn't yet been replaced.

The property was perfect for the purpose for our stay. We came for one overnight to stay to hang at the beach all day, go in to shower, go to one of our favorite restaurants in PAG and then watch a sunset at Paradise Grille. We then walk across the street to our room and get a great nights rest. We then head home an hour north after a great recharge. Sabal Palms Inn provides great value. We highly recommend this property.

Everything was perfect.

This was a really clean cozy room, Great staff and the beach was just across the road, Parking was included so no hunting for a place to park or paying extra. Lots of shells on the Pass a grill beach across the

Only complaint was the water pressure was very little and you could not adjust it to keep from burning you !

The location, just across the road from the beach was excellent. An on site pool made it even better. Also beach chairs and bicycles were provided at no charge. There is also a free electric taxi service, “free bee”, covering the pass-a-grille area.

Our accommodation was spacious but with restricted headroom as it is a basement. This also meant the windows were small and at outside ground level. However we were outside most of the time.

We originally booked for Sabal Palms, but upon arrival the room the night before had some water leakage from a storm. So they gave us an even better room a couple of blocks down in the Havana Inn. Had a balcony overlooking the gulf. Location was perfect, especially for those who love to shell as much as I do!

Sabal Palms is set up to make you feel like you are at home. It has a nicest up, with very nice people. The beach is right in front and the pool is nice and turns into a hot tub. They let you use the beach bikes on the property and it is fun to ride along the beach.

No complaints at all, everything was perfect.

Perfect location just steps across the street to the beach. Very quiet, comfortable and the room was exactly as pictured. Freebee transportation picked us up right at the Inn. Beach towels were provided and chairs were available for use.
