I spent 9 nights at Litsa Mare Apartments with my mother, and it was exactly the kind of beach apartment stay we were looking for. The place fully matches its category – an apartment-style hotel equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing and independent stay. The kitchenette had all the essentials, and the room was comfortable and functional. The host, Manolis, is incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. Thank you Manolis!! The location is great, just steps from the beach, although the beach itself is quite narrow. Still, there is a wide variety of tavernas, restaurants, and shops nearby, including places where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, and anything else you might need if you prefer cooking at home.

One small note: it would have been good to know in advance that there may be occasional issues with the island’s water supply during this period — but it didn’t significantly affect our stay.

It's a quiet side street in the center of Agia Pelagia, but very close to the beach front, so you can walk there in 5 minutes or less. Perfect for families with children. The next supermarket is close. There are also two other beaches which you can reach in walking distance.

In general very quiet location. Sometimes you hear people talking late in the yard or someone parking their car nearby, otherwise quiet. We were warned about mosquitoes, and there were some there (end of June), but when you take care to not leave on the light while opening the window etc. we never had a problem with them.

Great location as it is close to the beach but sheltered from the noise. Clean room including a small kitchen which offers everything you need. Comfortable bed. The owner Manolis is very kind and takes great care of the property and his customers. He was always happy to help and quick if we needed anything.

Moskito nets on the windows would upgrade the place majorly as closed windows make the place a sauna. There is an airconditioning unit which works well and is clean, but I get a stuffy nose anytime I use any AC over night.

Excellent location, within 5 minutes walk from the beach, from the supermarket and the tavernas. Very quiet at the same time - no loud noises during the day or at nighttime. The kitchenette allows quiet breakfast and efficient cooking. The air-conditioning functions properly and makes even the hottest days very pleasant. The rooms are very clean - a discrete and pleasant lady cleans the rooms every day and changes the towels and bedding every three days. The landlord is warm, sympathetic and helpful in every possible way. We strongly recommend Litsa Appartments and are looking forward for our next stay in this location,
